"Horrible. Please, avoid this place. Should be called: can’t be bothered. Upon arrival - elevator not working. Been handled a keys by receptionist and told that we have room on the 4th floor (my older mother, two years old and myslef). Only because I asked, they helped us with big suitcase (as we had hands full of stuff). And room itself was overheated:( not possible to open the window!!! And not possible to switch the heating off!! Also not possible to lower temperature by air conditioning!! Stuff downstairs couldn’t care less. First night my daughter was waking up every half and hour and I didn’t sleep, I was keep opening room door to the corridor to have some fresh air! I complained so they told me that we can move to another room next night (where windows can be open). And we had to move ourself - was told to bring our belongings downstairs and was sitting in the reception all day (while we were out) and nobody cared to move it. After all the hustle we entered new room and again all windows shut, heating on full!! Outside over 20 degrees. We slept with windows open and heating was running. Absolutely unpleasant stay. Hotels looks like run by bunch of teenagers and manager who obviously doesn’t give a monkey about guests. Only one good point can be clean room but it’s not enough to sleep. Please, do not stay there!"

"The location is in the center. Trams rumble right under the window from 3.30 am, so opening the window at night is not very convenient. Breakfasts are good. The rooms are tired: shower holders, flush buttons fall off. The rooms are a bit dark, it is impossible to turn on a brighter light. The linen is clean. We were there in winter. The air in the room is very dry. Opening the window, despite the noise, did not help: at night, the throat and nose dried out so much that it hurt. For this reason, we left 2 days early. We asked for a refund at least for the last night - they refused."

"The hotel structure in question has a good location in the center of Sofia, served by Metro, Bus and taxis at a good price (I recommend downloading the app. Taxi Me). The breakfast is well stocked and the room given to me (I had the n.902) is very good, comfortable, nice KING size bed with a good view of the city. The negative side is in the reception, it is not presented in an adequate manner at all, because the problem of having to climb the stairs to reach level n.1 on foot, imagine a person (worse for elderly people) with luggage and without a lift, becomes a problem; but it does not end there, because when you arrive at the reception area. You encounter cartons, sofas, objects leaning in the corner, folders of invoices with people (they are not staff) drooling with beer, it is a very ugly image, for a moment I was thinking of giving up my reservation and losing my € 300.00 expenses."

"I stayed in a corner room with a bathtub. The room was more spacious than I expected, and the bed was really comfortable, so I had a relaxing stay. Breakfast was average. There’s only one elevator and it’s quite slow, so it’s a bit inconvenient if you’re staying on a higher floor."
