We stayed in a standard room, but after our flight was canceled due to a typhoon, we extended our stay for another day and were moved to an upgraded room. The room was fantastic, we were probably lucky. It had two rooms: a living room with a sofa and a magnificent view of the pedestrian street. Besides a tea set, there was also a coffee machine. There was also a large, separate bathroom. It's an ideal option for a family with a child. The breakfasts are very good, with options for both children and adults. The only thing I didn't notice was an omelet station; there were fried eggs and scrambled eggs instead. But you won't go hungry; a delicious and hearty breakfast is guaranteed."

"We enjoyed our stay here and the location is amazing. There was a young man who could speak a little bit English and we experienced that everyone was friendly and helpful. We had breakfast during our stay, and the food options were simple but really delicious! Our room looked exactly like what we expected, and we were really happy with it. The cleaning staffs are also friendly and we were pleased with the hygiene. The aircondition is also great since it was very hot in Shanghai during our stay. The location is surrounded by a street with lots of good restaurants – some being open past midnight, a local mall and 24/7 convenience stores. Everything was practical and the metro was just over the street, which was easy for us to get to The Bund and Nanjing road. We appreciate our stay and can recommend it to everyone who wish to be close to the city, but also like a quiet area in night time with many good food options!"

My wife was absolutely delighted, feeling incredibly pampered and surprised. Both the hardware at Banyan Tree Shanghai on the Bund and the soft service from people like Deslin are exceptional. Highly recommended! My wife also booked spa treatments for two consecutive days, and the therapists provided top-notch service."

"Nice hotel a bit higher in price, but worth it considering the neighboring hotel ratings. Check-in was easy. Though early, they held my bags and have dining inside or nearby. Walking distance within many stops like the outdoor mall, X Tower, and Green Jade Buddah. Lots of bikes or taxis available. Concierge and Housekeeping respectful. Bathroom amenities and views great. Comfortable bed. Breakfast nice and sufficient. Thanks for the Dragon Boat gift 🎁"

"The location in Xintiandi is unbeatable, and there are many foreigners around. Breakfast is served on the first floor and is available until 11 AM on weekends. The breakfast itself is truly commendable: a wide variety of fresh, delicious food, and excellent service. I would definitely return just for the breakfast. Dolores provided great service, making check-in very fast. There's also a turndown service. When I called the front desk because my foot was chafed, they quickly sent up band-aids and alcohol swabs. The room has a vanity table, but the smart toilet and hairdryer are a bit old-fashioned; it would be a bonus if they were updated later. The bedding is a tiny bit firm, but I still slept very comfortably. The room also has wireless charging for watches, headphones, and phones, which is very thoughtful. The bathroom is much better than the one at the Andaz next door. Since both the bathtub and shower are within the glass door, there are no strange odors. The gym is on B1. Although it's small, it's well-equipped with plenty of machines, showing a lot of consideration."

"10/10 ⭐️ We chose this hotel specifically for our visit to Shanghai Disneyland, and we’re so glad we did! 😍 The hotel provides free shuttle buses to Disneyland at 6:20 and 7:20 AM, and they also pick you up around 10 PM after the fireworks and bring you back to the hotel. This was such a great and convenient service! The room was clean and comfortable, with no unpleasant smells, mold, or humidity issues. The air conditioning worked perfectly as well. We also really appreciated the free laundry and dryer facilities, which allowed us to wash and dry our clothes during our stay. The breakfast didn’t have a huge selection of meat, but considering the price, we thought it was more than enough and quite good. All the staff, both in the restaurant and at reception, were incredibly friendly, helpful, and quick to assist whenever we needed anything. 🥰 We had a very comfortable and pleasant stay. Thank you so much for making our trip even better! 🙏🏻🤍"
