"Staying during the Mid-Autumn Festival, we received mooncakes as a gift. The front desk staff were all uniformly and impeccably dressed. On Mid-Autumn Day, the breakfast had delicious brown sugar glutinous rice cakes (ciba), I ate several! Unfortunately, they weren't available on Sunday morning's breakfast. The double-sided fried eggs and Eggs Benedict were both good. I was surprised to see Middle Eastern cuisine options. There were many foreign guests, including Koreans. Directly opposite the hotel is Xintiandi, which is very convenient for dining and entertainment. I hope they update the content in the Shanghai section/channel."

"We enjoyed our stay here and the location is amazing. There was a young man who could speak a little bit English and we experienced that everyone was friendly and helpful. We had breakfast during our stay, and the food options were simple but really delicious! Our room looked exactly like what we expected, and we were really happy with it. The cleaning staffs are also friendly and we were pleased with the hygiene. The aircondition is also great since it was very hot in Shanghai during our stay. The location is surrounded by a street with lots of good restaurants – some being open past midnight, a local mall and 24/7 convenience stores. Everything was practical and the metro was just over the street, which was easy for us to get to The Bund and Nanjing road. We appreciate our stay and can recommend it to everyone who wish to be close to the city, but also like a quiet area in night time with many good food options!"

По-друге, планували відвезти батьків на телевежу «Східна перлина», але з 77-го поверху нашого готелю вже був такий чудовий панорамний вид, що ми зекономили на квитках. По-третє, внутрішні кільцеві коридори готелю, що простягаються на десятки поверхів, дуже вражають. Зазвичай я не пишу відгуків, але цей готель однозначно вартий рекомендації!"
