"We had a very enjoyable stay at this accommodation. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the subway, making it very convenient to get around the city. It is also situated along Nanjing Road, which is a major shopping street filled with plenty of shops and great food options, so there is always something to explore nearby.
The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which made the experience even more pleasant. One of the highlights was definitely the great view from the room, which added a nice touch to the overall stay.
On the downside, the bathroom could be improved as the shower area does not have a proper shelf or space to place personal toiletries, which was a bit inconvenient.
Overall, it is a comfortable and well-located place to stay, especially for those who want easy access to shopping, food, and public transport."

"I had a wonderful stay at MUYI Hotel Hongqiao Hub Shanghai.
The service was excellent. The staff were kind, welcoming, and very helpful throughout my stay. The hotel was very clean, and the room was much bigger than I expected for the price, which was such a pleasant surprise.
The room had everything I needed, including a kettle to boil water and a fridge, which is quite rare in many hotel rooms. It even had two bathrooms, making the space feel extra comfortable and convenient. Overall, the room felt incredibly spacious and well equipped.
I truly enjoyed my stay. It was a fun and comfortable experience, and I would definitely go back again. Highly recommended."

"The room was clean and towels were changed daily. The location is convenient, surrounded by many shops and restaurants such as CHAGEE, Lawson, and FamilyMart. The nearest metro station is only a 3–5 minute walk away, making it easy to get around the city. The only downside is that it’s a bit far from some of Shanghai’s main tourist attractions, but overall it was still a comfortable and convenient stay."

"The place is in quite bad condition and the staff very unfriendly. I read on Google that they would take your phone to leave a great review with it so I refused to give it to them. He still “needed to take a picture of my booking info because being short sightseeing” but then could read my translation app no problem… The room itself was good and the shuttle came to bring me to the airport (just a couple minutes late). The elevator stops one floor before the rooms so I almost left my suitcase downstairs but all the suitcases there were absolutely empty… it made me feel like they try to have people believe that they can leave they luggage down for the night but not with the best intentions. Regardless, I decided to bring it up and carry it in the stairs to feel better overnight. Cheap and okay room for one night near the airport, that’s all."

"Я чудово провів час у цьому готелі під час моєї нещодавньої поїздки до Шанхаю. Розташування абсолютно ідеальне – близькість до залізничного вокзалу Шанхаю зробила прибуття та від'їзд неймовірно зручним, особливо під час подорожі з багажем. Незважаючи на те, що готель розташований поруч зі вокзалом, він напрочуд розташований у центрі міста та має гарне сполучення з головними визначними пам'ятками міста.
Звідси я міг легко дістатися до більшості туристичних місць Шанхаю, не витрачаючи години на дорогу. До набережної Вайтань, саду Юй, дороги Нанкін та інших місць, які варто відвідати, можна було дістатися короткими поїздками на метро або таксі. Транспортне сполучення з цим районом фантастичне.
Окремої уваги заслуговує прибирання номерів. Мій номер був бездоганно чистим протягом усього мого перебування, щоденне обслуговування було ретельним та професійним. Свіжі рушники, добре застелені ліжка та бездоганно чисті ванні кімнати – саме те, що потрібно після дня дослідження міста."

"Starting off, the hotel offered a very disappointing amenities selection.
First and foremost, I refuse to believe that for a hotel this grandiose the management could not provide actual liquid soap instead of a small bar or classic soap.
Generally speaking everything was very basic including the hair dryer and the rest of the hair cleaning products.
The other main pain point here was definitely the breakfast offered. The options were very few and the quality of the food was even lower. The staff was not polite at all and borderline rude and while the ambiance and the design of the hotel were fantastic, do not let this fool you.
One last thing to mention is that the walls in the hotel were pretty thin, thus we could hear the baby from the room next door crying all night long and as if that was not enough please keep in mind that the hotel is IN THE MIDDLE of the airport which is convenient if you travel the next day but don’t expect a good night’s rest.
This is mostly due to the constant noises from the airplanes outside in addition to the vibrations you could actually feel on the bed while you are trying to sleep."
