"An Amazing Stay – One of My Favorite Hotels in Bali Overall, this hotel delivered on every aspect that mattered to me—warm and genuine hospitality, an excellent breakfast, spacious rooms, thoughtful sustainability practices, and a location that's close to everything without feeling overly crowded. I stayed here for a week for work, and by the end of my trip, I honestly didn't want to leave. The hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. A special thank you to Satya, who escorted us to our rooms after a long and tiring flight. Since we arrived before the official check-in time, the team kindly prepared one of our rooms early so we could freshen up and get some rest while waiting for the others. It was a small gesture that made a huge difference after traveling. Breakfast One of the reasons I chose this hotel was because so many reviews praised the breakfast, and now I completely understand why. Breakfast became one of the highlights of my stay. There was plenty of variety every morning, from freshly cooked eggs to delicious local Indonesian dishes. I also appreciated that breakfast is served until 11:00 AM, which is quite common in Bali and perfect if you've had a late night or arrived early from a flight. In our case, we were able to enjoy breakfast before our rooms were ready. The breakfast team was incredibly accommodating and always greeted us with a smile. Their hospitality set the tone for the rest of our stay. A few favorites that I looked forward to every morning: The fresh acai bowl The turmeric wellness shot Great coffee selections, from espresso to café mocha Everything was fresh, plentiful, and a great way to start a busy day. The lagoon pool looked beautiful, although I wasn't able to use it because it closes at 7:00 PM. Thankfully, the rooftop pool stays open until 10:00 PM, and I managed to enjoy a relaxing evening swim. The water was warm, and the atmosphere was peaceful after a full day of work. One thing I really appreciated was the hotel's sustainable design. Only the guest rooms are air-conditioned, while the hallways and common areas are naturally ventilated. It keeps the rooms comfortable while reducing unnecessary energy use—a thoughtful approach that I hope more hotels adopt. For me, this location was much better than staying along Sunset Road. It felt more local while still being incredibly convenient. Within just a few minutes' walk, you'll find: Two convenience stores Plenty of affordable massage and spa options A shopping mall Kuta Beach Getting around was also easy with Grab and Gojek available whenever we needed them. Room Service Room service deserves a mention because it was impressively fast. Every request arrived much quicker than I expected."

Бар і ресторан Afterglow на 6-му поверсі мають чудові краєвиди та багато місць для сидіння. Басейн примикає до бару і виходить на пляж Кута. Ціни, звичайно, піднялися на Балі, оскільки я був мандрівником, але загалом все ще дешевше, ніж в Австралії. Остерігайтеся податку ++ і плати за обслуговування, які зазвичай завжди додаються. The rooms are beautiful, felt so private, homely and aromas of insence sticks burning in the air. I felt so at peace, overlooking the jungle and river it was just stunning, a pure paradise and I hope one day to come back here. So easy to hire a moped and hotel arranged a local cab who became our driver for the whole time we were in ubud. Outside the hotel is so beautiful and we captured the best pic, attached, right outside of the sunset. Just stunning. Will never forget my time here. Right to call it a retreat."

"Довелося змінити наше бронювання з двох ночей на одну через цьогорічний Nyepi Laut (= день тихого моря), через що ми б застрягли на Нуса-Пеніді в день виїзду. Для перебування на одну ніч я б не рекомендував цей готель просто через його віддалене розташування. (Тобто це приблизно від 45 до 60 хвилин від гавані(-й), а вулицями Пеніди не зовсім задоволення від їзди; особливо вночі!) Якщо ви зупиняєтеся на пару ночей або довше, цей чарівний заклад однозначно варто перевірити, однак."
