"The service was good, with seamless assistance throughout the entire check-in process. The room was very small and densely packed. The hotel's design concept was consistent throughout, and its eco-friendly philosophy was reflected in the details. Upon check-in, we received two insulated cups and a tote bag, and the departure gift was a plastic bracelet. The story felt quite complete, I suppose. The welcome cocktail making was fun, and the room also provided mosquito repellent, sunscreen, and body lotion. I liked the wooden shower. We had dinner and breakfast at the daybed restaurant; the food was decent, but the atmosphere was great. It's close to Seminyak Village, but the streets are too run-down for a city walk, so we just relaxed at the hotel the whole time. When taking a Grab to the lobby, security guards checked the car, which felt very safe. However, to leave, you can only take the shuttle bus, which generally doesn't require much waiting."

"Alila's service is truly exceptional. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We paid to upgrade our room, and the overall cleanliness was immaculate. The view was also beautiful. It takes about 20 minutes by taxi to get to Finns, and there are plenty of interesting small streets to explore nearby. I definitely want to stay longer next time!"

"A classic Hilton that lives up to its brand. The room was clean with no strange odors. Everything was new and in good condition. I was especially pleased with the self-service laundry room which included a dryer. The pool was good and clean with refreshing water. We stayed in the building further back, so we couldn't hear the road, but the front building would likely be noisy. There are currency exchange offices and shops just around the corner."

"A small, five-room suite with a pool. We had a room with a huge kitchen, where we enjoyed our evening tea. We also had the computer. Breakfast was a la carte, with one course, fruit, a drink, and water. Everything was delicious. The internet worked well. The ocean is a short walk away, but it's a 40-minute walk, so you'll need transportation. The hosts were very kind, and we loved it. We really liked the natural wood furniture in the room; it felt very authentic."

Коли принесли їжу, хоча вона сказала їм, що хвора, вони відмовилися принести її в номер і змусили її йти на рецепцію, щоб забрати її через якесь безглузде «правило». Це говорить все, що вам потрібно знати про їхній сервіс. Реєстрація зайняла 35 хвилин, виїзд – 40 хвилин. Персонал був абсолютно безпорадним. Номери були брудними, рушники виглядали десятирічними, хоча готель нібито новий, і нам довелося змінити номер через те, наскільки все було брудно. Крім того, майже все, що ми намагалися замовити з їхнього меню, було «відсутнє в наявності». Єдине, чим вони, здається, пишаються, це їхня дурна шоколадна година, яка смішна, коли гостей буквально нудить від їжі. Це був, безсумнівно, найгірший досвід перебування в готелі, який я коли-небудь мав. Я б рішуче застеріг усіх від перебування тут. "This place is absolutely amazing! The service is excellent, everything is clean, and the bar has a fantastic vibe. There were foreigners dancing, taking photos, drinking, and socializing – a truly great atmosphere. The welcome drink was a delicious and potent lime gin, surprisingly easy to drink despite its strength. I highly recommend staying in a suite. You can mix your own drinks or have a bartender come to your room. This was definitely my favorite hotel during my Bali trip. They use Dyson hairdryers and have double sinks. They provide aloe vera gel, sunscreen, and alcohol. The welcome cookies and minibar items are complimentary, and the tea bags are fragrant and tasty. While the cookies were just okay, the chairs, sofas, and lamps are all designer brands 💡, and the slippers are very creative. They have a French press, but the coffee it made was honestly a bit unpleasant, very sour, even worse than traditional Chinese medicine, haha. The most impressive thing was the bedding. They use Aireloom mattresses, which easily cost around 100,000,000 IDR. It was incredibly dry and comfortable to sleep on, I fell asleep instantly, no back pain at all, with excellent support. The hotel's privacy is top-notch. Even though Potato Head is a popular spot, it never felt crowded with idle or random people. This is probably due to the strict security at the entrance, which keeps many people out. You need security clearance to enter the bar."

"The hotel front is a main road and suddenly you find yourself in a hidden small peaceful oasis heaven with beautiful large kois in the pond, saltwater pool, pond bridges and the sound of roosters—it's pure Bali magic and truly a hidden gem resort. Just a stroll at the back is the famous Jimbaran beachfront seafood cafes and we had the famous sunset seafood before the crowds come in from all over Bali. The convenience is unmatched. After that we headed up to Smoqee Sky Bar (on Le Méridien's rooftop) to watch the final sunset with 2 for 1 happy hour. They pour a proper, strong drink. Highly recommended! In the morning, you can peacefully stroll or swim at the beach and there is also a surf school nearby. A special thank you to Kesha and Erica and the rest of the service team who made our stay special at Room 531. Also, a huge shoutout to the massage therapists at Explore Spa for their skills and professionalism. We would definitely come back!"
