"Our discovery this summer has been the OZO hotel. We absolutely loved it! It's new, modern, and just what we like. The staff are wonderful, responsive, and always ready to help. We were checked in immediately upon arrival around 12:00 PM. I had ordered an extra option for my daughter. They set up a tent in the room, projected a starry sky, and gave her an OZO plush toy and ice cream as a gift. My daughter was thrilled! The room isn't huge, but we settled in perfectly and comfortably. The breakfasts were super, with something for every taste, even oatmeal. Special thanks for the kids' area. We barely saw our daughter; she was constantly on the slides and quickly made friends. We'd happily come back again!"

"I booked a two-night stay for 1900 yuan, but when I got there, I found the hotel only charged 500-600 yuan per night. I feel like it's more cost-effective to book once you arrive rather than in advance. Also, I definitely don't recommend this hotel if you're traveling with kids. It's so exhausting! After a day out, you have to climb so many stairs every day to get back to your room. We were on the fourth floor, but it felt like climbing 8 to 10 flights of stairs, taking a good 8 minutes – so tiring! Another thing is the hotel breakfast isn't very good at all. There's hardly any variety – just a few dishes, some congee, and fried eggs, and that's it. The only good thing is they have a communal washing machine and dryer, so you can do your laundry."

She provided us with some great tips when we checked in and also offered discounted booking services for local activities. **Surroundings:** There's a self-service laundry downstairs, a 7-Eleven just a 30-second walk away, and it's super close to the big shopping malls and the bar street."

"We stayed in the Quadruple Courtyard Room, which was a very spacious suite. It had a main bedroom with two large beds, a living room, a small room with a wardrobe, and a bathroom. Extremely roomy. Location: It's in Patong, just a 5-minute walk to Jungceylon shopping mall and Banzaan Fresh Market. There's also a 7-Eleven nearby, which is very convenient. Facilities: There's a swimming pool in the courtyard with shared floats available. Our child loved playing in the water every day, it was fantastic. Cleanliness: Both the room and the pool were very tidy and well-maintained. Service: The staff are all locals and can communicate in English, they were very friendly. We had a lot of stuff, so we didn't request daily cleaning, but the staff provided us with bottled water and tissues every day, showing very thoughtful service. The owner is Chinese, which also made communication easy. On our last day, we urgently needed an airport transfer, and the owner quickly helped us arrange it. Although we didn't end up using it, the price was very reasonable. If you need anything, you can trust the owner to help. 👍 Overall, it was absolutely wonderful!"

"I’ve had a great stay at Lomento Bangtao. Super friendly stuff, great location, it’s a few minutes walk to BangTao Beach and half an hour walk to Surin beach. Room was nice and clean, daily housekeeping, AC was old, but worked fine. Simple but delicious breakfast, each morning i would always get a fresh fruit platter with my breakfast. The hotel accommodated me when i needed an earlier breakfast as well. The room has a refrigerator, beach towels and a very convenient beach bag. The bed was comfortable. The only thing i wished for the room is the night lamp. There are many nice restaurants nearby, def can recommend the nearest Indian place. 7-11 was just 5 min walk from the room. I’ve enjoyed the hammock chair by the room Hope to be back here soon!"
