Pros: - The hotel sent shuttle information before my arrival. - Shuttles are frequent (every 20 minutes) and operate 24/7. - The shuttle drivers were very helpful with luggage. - A wide variety of breakfast options. - It's only a 10-minute (800-meter) flat walk to T3. - The room was spacious. - The park view and soundproofing were excellent. Cons: - Checking in late at night, there were many foreign tourists on the shuttle, and the check-in process and staff couldn't keep up with the volume at the time."

"Grand Hyatt Beijing is an excellent choice for a trip to Beijing. The hotel's location is truly unbeatable, right next to Wangfujing, with convenient subway access, making it easy to visit attractions and find great food. As soon as you enter the lobby, you feel the ambiance of a high-end hotel, with an elegant environment. The rooms are spacious and bright, spotlessly clean, and the beds are very comfortable. The children's amenities provided are also excellent! The windows have great soundproofing, blocking out the street noise. Check-in at the front desk was fast, and Amy provided polite and thoughtful service. Breakfast offers a wide variety, including desserts, hot dishes, and local snacks. The hotel also has its own gym and a unique swimming pool, perfect for a workout during your free time. The hotel is directly connected to a shopping mall, so you can shop and dine without even leaving the building. The overall experience was excellent, with attentive service and complete facilities. I will definitely prioritize staying here again on my next visit to Beijing."

If you miss meal times, you'll have to order takeout or take a taxi to find a restaurant near the China Eastern Airlines base. Given it's the peak summer season, the price of 200+ offers great value for money, depending on your needs."

They even proactively offered tips for local attractions and were incredibly helpful with every request. Room cleanliness was impeccable – the bedding was fresh and odor-free, and the bathroom was spotless, with even the smallest corners thoroughly cleaned. The hotel atmosphere is serene and elegant, with a grand lobby and clean, quiet corridors. The views from the windows were expansive. Facilities are also top-notch, featuring smart home controls throughout the room. The hotel uses Xinjiang cotton, and the linens are five-star quality. The mattress was perfectly comfortable, hot water in the bathroom was plentiful, and the Wi-Fi speed was excellent. The biggest surprise was the convenient transportation; there's a bus stop right outside, and taxis are easily accessible. It's not far from major attractions and shopping districts. I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit!"
