Maria Luisa by Introvert Hotels

Location is good, but the toilet is so slippery, be careful, coffee offer from 6am to 4pm only, no puncture, have to send message to remind, no biscuits

It’s nice place and very clean

Location is the best. Has basic shampoo, shower gel, slippers in the room but not toothbrush or toothpaste. Water is available at the reception.

A/C doesn’t work Black mold in room Spiderwebs on the windows Great location though

Everything was so perfect and clean; it was a dream staying at this hotel! Would do it again and i totally recommend it!

Great location near a subway station and to the city center. The room was clean, spacious, and confortable. Near supermakets and restaurants. I would definitely consider staying here next time in Sofia.

The hotel is very central and convenient for sightseeing and getting to the airport as it is close to Serdika station. We went in the height of summer and found the air conditioning to be poor as it was centralised. However the receptionist who waa available on chat was very helpful and brought us a fan to help. The hotel rooms are basic and a little worn but was pretty good value for the location and price.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sofia for their vacation, as it is very close and walking distance to the popular tourist attractions and also you can travel easily to and from the Sofia airport. Moreover, the hotel allows contactless check-in and checkouts which are very easy to plan, but you should check your email about the instructions from the hotel near to the booking time. The hotel also has good customer service and is very willing to help.

Great price! Great location! Great for solo traveling good amenities. Super easy to check in as well
