"I think it’s hard to find this hotel to be 4 stars. It’s more of a 3 star hotel which is fine. The location is good. Very close to transport links. I booked a double room and was given a twin, we did have to ask to have a double which they did accommodate, but felt like a hassle. The room itself is okay, we had a fridge which was helpful. The pillows were some of the worst I’ve ever encountered. It was a giant square flat thing? Really odd. Bathroom and room in general could have been cleaner if I’m honest. It wasn’t the cleanest at all. The hotel itself is quiet and the lobby/ reception was clean though. Overall it was an alright stay, but I would have had lower expectations if it was a 3 star"

"По-перше, це не 5-зірковий готель! На багатьох сайтах він позначений як 5⭐, але це готель на 4⭐. Номери нормального розміру, у нас було зручне справжнє двоспальне ліжко (а не два односпальні ліжка, що вдавали за двоспальне). Безкоштовний міні-бар та кавоварка були чудовим доповненням. Але капців не було. Балкон у моєму номері був занадто малий, але в деяких номерах є більші балкони, тому все залежить від удачі. Розташування нормальне, але не чудове. Поруч зі станцією метро з однією лінією. Щоб кудись потрапити, спочатку потрібно їхати на станцію Зоопарк."

The room itself was fine, but upon arrival, some basic amenities such as towels, toiletries, and slippers were missing, for which I had to go to the reception several times. Additionally, there was a noise disturbance from the bathroom extractor fan at night. With better attention to basic amenities, this could have been a much more pleasant stay."

"We stayed at the hotel for one night to be near the Wuhlheide forest. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were reasonably well-furnished. However, the bathroom was very small, and cleanliness could be improved. Parking is limited and costs extra, but there is a public parking lot nearby. Currently, there is no charging station for electric vehicles, so you have to use one in the vicinity."

"I’ve stayed at this hotel for many years, even before it was renovated and changed its name. You have to share bathrooms and showers, but there are enough of them, I’ve never had to wait in line for either. The rooms are lovely and especially perfect during the summer when it gets hot in Berlin, as the hotel is tucked away in a quiet courtyard. There are strict quiet hours after 11:00 PM, which I really appreciate. For anyone new considering booking, I’d say go for it, just be aware that the last personal check-in is at 6:00 PM. However, you can arrive until 11:00 PM and your key card will be waiting in a box. Definitely one of my favorite areas and hotels in Berlin."

The location is fantastic (the S-Bahn is nearby, and a large Edeka supermarket is also within easy reach) and surprisingly quiet.
