Вибір сніданків великий та різноманітний. Фруктові соки та кава дуже смачні. Примітка: (1) Готель не прибирає номери автоматично, а лише на запит гостя (замовлення через додаток). (2) Камера зберігання багажу в готелі до часу заїзду та після часу виїзду не є безкоштовною; плата стягується за годину та залежить від кількості та розміру багажу. (3) Дотримуючись тенденцій європейської готельної індустрії останніх років, цей готель не надає зубні щітки, зубну пасту чи шампунь; а також чайник та невеликі пакетики чаю та кави в номері. Тому ви повинні підготуватися заздалегідь. Є цікавий бонус: під час реєстрації зверніться на рецепцію, і вам нададуть безкоштовний проїзний на громадський транспорт (на різні види транспорту) у Берліні (всі три зони A, B, C) на весь термін проживання в готелі. Дуже зручно!"

"Загалом чудовий досвід. Обов’язково відвідав би Берлін на одну ніч. Ви отримуєте те, за що платите. Якщо ви міцно спите і не проти пожертвувати трохи простором заради розташування, це місце для вас. Розташування - в центрі міста і прямо біля виходу з метро. Вночі цей район виглядає дещо «по-берлінськи», але я чув, що насправді він у безпечній зоні. Аптека розташована в тій же будівлі, а продуктовий магазин також був у 3 хвилинах ходьби. Чистота - сама капсула була дуже чистою. Мені сподобалася ідея капсул і те, як вони щоранку замінюють матрац. Однак душ і туалет потребують більш частого прибирання. Нічого неприємного, просто трохи брудно, тому чотири зірки. Обслуговування - чудове, це був звичайний привітний персонал хостелу Заклад - чудовий. одну зірку менше, тому що вентиляція капсули була слабкою, тому мені довелося трохи відкрити капсулу, щоб отримати свіже повітря. Атмосфера чудова, усі були ввічливими та тихими, тож у мене не було проблем. Однак я міг чути шум ззовні та наближення капсул, тому звукоізоляція та приватність десь середні між дешевим готельним номером і гуртожитком у гуртожитку. що відповідає ціні."

"This place is a bit far from the center of Berlin, but it seems to be a safe and, according to locals, affluent area. There isn't staff on-site all the time, but I was able to check in via internet call. The showers are shared between men and women, which is common in Germany, but there seems to be a separate women's shower room, so effectively they are separated. Both the showers and toilets were clean; I had no issues with them. However, since it's on the ground floor and faces the street, I occasionally heard voices, footsteps, and smelled cigarette smoke from outside, but that's to be expected. I'd likely stay here again on my next trip to Berlin!"

"Unfortunately I would not recommend this hotel. Firstly the breakfast offerings are poor to say the least, merely offering cereal and pretzels of which I did not see replenished. Staff were nowhere to be seen, we only saw one woman to check in and she spoke very little English. We stayed for 5 nights and our room was not cleaned once, the WiFi did not work and there was no air conditioning. As it was 33 degrees, and we were on the fifth floor, we were unable to sleep and ended up ill by staying in our room. I would personally say that the area is unsafe for solo travellers as we were approached by dodgy men multiple times at night. The hotel does not offer food nor drink, apart from water and perhaps coffee during the daytime, which is not topped up often. There is no sauna or roof terrace and the constant use of code access to rooms and shared spaces becomes a chore. Using the same codes for each room is very dangerous. We had a crack in our mirror in the room, no toiletries provided and lots of stains on the chairs."

"This hotel is in a great location, very close to famous attractions such as the Brandenburg Gate and the Berlin Philharmonic Hall. There are also many restaurants to choose from near the hotel, which is very convenient. As a five-star hotel, the service and room facilities are excellent, making people feel comfortable and intimate. The only things that need improvement are the shower head and the wet and dry separation design in the bathroom. If they can be improved, the bathing experience will be more pleasant. Overall, highly recommended as a base in Berlin."

"First off, be aware that it's over a 15-minute walk from the nearest station. Since the streets are cobblestone, navigating with a wheeled suitcase can often be quite challenging. During the day, the area is bustling with pedestrians and traffic, and with many cafes and brand stores nearby, it's perfect for window shopping. The building itself boasts a charming, retro ambiance that truly enhances the travel experience. The gentlemen at the front desk were cheerful and welcoming. The buffet breakfast offered a good variety of options and was excellent value at just 10 euros. My room was a corner unit with a street-facing balcony. It offered a satisfying location for watching the city life go by or simply observing the sky. However, there was no refrigerator or kettle. Also, there's no air conditioning (though an oil heater and fan are provided). The bathroom features a compact, combined washbasin, toilet, and shower area. It was, however, clean. One notable inconvenience was the TV reception; the picture would often disappear, pixelate, or freeze. Additionally, unlocking the room door was quite tricky and took some getting used to. Finally, the elevator has manual doors, a style uncommon in Japan, which might make you a bit nervous until you're accustomed to it."

"I stayed in this place in 2024 and wanted to stay again in 2025. I booked it successfuly on payment terms upon arrival. But suddenly the hotel decided to check validity of my card. They claimed it to be invalid and canceled my booking without even explaining to me the reason. I called my bank in order to check but the bank told me they even never tried to check my card which is absolutely ok. I sent to the place several messages trying to explain that my card is fine and that obviously they do something wrong but got no reply. They just canceled my booking. I will never use this place again. It is NOT reliable"
