"We stayed at Az Hotel Palm beach , and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The room was not clean, and even after calling for housekeeping, the issue was not resolved properly. The cleaner did not knock before entering the room, despite our "Do Not Disturb" sign, and often arrived very early in the morning. Additionally, the hotel does not provide any beach chairs or tables; guests are required to pay extra for these amenities, which was very disappointing. Overall, this experience was subpar and did not meet the standards expected of a 4-star hotel. I would rate it as 1 star based on my experience."

"Tastefully refurbished. Beautiful interior, beautiful view. 3 days without hot water. Problem solved by an efficient receptionist. Small housekeeping touch-ups to be expected: misaligned cupboard doors that prevent the LEDs from turning off, same thing for the bar fridge that stays on because of the misaligned hook too (5 minutes of DIY and it would be fixed). Cleaning is not just the floor. The stainless steel table legs, the windows, the bathtub apron, the underside of the toilet... we brought our toilet paper. Insufficient napkins. Broken terrace tables, already. Food: horror. For 3 days we had as main course: grilled sea bream, roast chicken or turkey escalope, and then turkey escalope, grilled sea bream or roast chicken. Breakfast: bread to be toasted if necessary, no plates, no saucers, enough to rot the tablecloths and more tablecloths, which are nevertheless of impeccable whiteness (bravo for the linen room). What a shame that this place is full of junk. I repeat that the hotel has been renovated with great taste. Not the mentalities, obviously."
