"We needed to stay one night in Split to catch a flight the next day, and we booked the Plaza Marchi. However, because it was so cold on that night, there was an issue with the pipes freezing and there being no hot water. We were contacted immediately and asked if we would want to stay at their other property nearby, in a better room with no extra charge. We were happy to do so. Someone from the hotel met us at the place we designated, so that we would be able to find it easily. She happily took us to the hotel and showed us to our wonderful room with a glorious view of the harbor and riva. We loved the decor of the hotel, the comfort of the bed, how clean it was, and how quiet, considering the central location. We would definitely stay at either of their hotels again, and highly recommend them!"

"We had excellent quiet and comfortable rooms with kitchenettes. The setting was close to the old town and marina but away from the huge number of tourists, a calm retreat with lovely garden terraces to sit out on. Our host was Nicola who was extremely helpful and generous. He gave us information for our visit , arranged taxis . I left my apple airpods in our room and resent them back to me in the UK...to my great relief. He refused my offers of payment...such good service. I would thoroughly recommend this place and will return myself."

"Я продовжив своє перебування ще на 2 ночі, бо розташування готелю ідеально підходить для моєї групи. Загальні приміщення просторі, як і номери. Але ми отримали номер прямо біля ліфта, і в номері були двері з сусіднім номером. Через це шум від сусідів протягом останньої ночі був досить тривожним! І знову ж таки, сніданок якось розчаровує для готелю такого рівня. На початку нашого перебування в Спліті ми зупинялися в меншому 4-зірковому готелі, і сніданок був набагато смачнішим, як і капучино."

"Aside from the towels and bath towels not being brand new, all other room amenities were exceptionally comfortable and clean. A special mention goes to the breakfast: it was incredibly plentiful, and in warmer weather, you could enjoy a leisurely meal outdoors, facing the sea. The outdoor swimming pool was not heated, so it was unavailable in November."

"Split is a relatively small Croatian city, so I wasn't expecting such a high-class hotel. The staff was excellent—polite and professional. The room was large and very modern. The location was excellent—just steps from the city's main sandy beach and a ten-minute walk from the Old Town and Diocletian's Palace. All electronics and plumbing worked perfectly. The breakfasts were delicious and varied. The hotel was clearly originally built as a hotel—its original architecture attests to this. I recommend this new, cozy, and comfortable hotel to anyone planning a trip to Split."

"To write down exactly what I experienced: - There were so many Chinese group tourists that I mistook myself for being in China during breakfast. - The location is a bit secluded, and the building in front is an abandoned structure (an old bus terminal). - On the first day of check-in, there was no hot water, so I felt a bit cold after showering. It was fine from that day on. - Bottled water is not provided, which is similar to many hotels in Croatia. - No indoor slippers. - Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are all in a single tube. - The electric heater in the bathroom (usually used for drying handkerchiefs and socks after hand washing) did not work. - The safe did not work; I requested repairs but was unable to get them fixed."

"It's expensive, but worth it. This is the oldest hotel in the area, built on the remains of ancient Roman baths. The restaurant on the lowest floor is said to be where the baths once stood, and the two tables were used for the hot and cold pools, respectively. I was told that the exterior staircases and the stones inside the building (like the square door frame behind the reception desk and the exposed stone walls inside the rooms) are all original. Notably, many of the stones used in the building are said to have been recovered from ancient Roman walls and then processed. It's expensive, but the staff are friendly, and the receptionist is incredibly enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the place."

"Overall, we had a pleasant stay at the Atrium Hotel. The breakfast buffet was lovely, with a wide variety of choices, and the staff were friendly and went out of their way to help. However, it did take over 24 hours to fix a curtain that was down when we checked into the room. We used the pool, spa, and gym facilities, which were basic but functional, and we didn’t mind the walk to the old town. The reason I’ve only given one star is due to a serious issue on our last morning. While we were partway through packing, we left our bags in the room with cash inside for a short time while we went for breakfast, expecting they would be safe. No one was needed or expected in the room for at least two more hours (until check-out), but when we returned, all our euros and pounds sterling had been taken from three different locations in our bags. Based on this experience and the overall quality, I would not consider this a 5-star hotel."

"The hotel's internal environment is very good, but there are houses being built around the hotel, so it's very chaotic. The hotel waiter was very rude. Because we had to go out to sea at 7:30, the front desk said the day before that because we had ordered breakfast, breakfast would not start until 7:00, and we could not eat it, so we packed it for us, but the packed content only contained a sandwich, a bottle of water, and a peach. I asked if I could get some bread because I didn't want to eat salty food. He said that you can get some in the restaurant in the morning; but at 6:50 in the morning, I saw that there was food in the restaurant, so I went in to get it. A slightly fat waitress told me very unhappily that breakfast would not start until 7:00, and asked me to leave. I explained to her what the front desk said, and she said that if you want to eat, you can eat it. Then I asked her where the packed breakfast was, and she said that you should ask the front desk yourself. . . . Do the waiters in this hotel think they are God? ? ? The hotel's cost performance is actually relatively low, 3000+ a night, and even having breakfast is insulted. . . ."
