The owner's sister helped me carry my suitcase to the third floor; she was very hospitable. Later that evening, the owner's wife personally brewed yak butter tea and some herbal tea to help with altitude sickness. Sure enough, after taking it, the altitude sickness subsided almost immediately. The owners' family was very welcoming and chatted with us, creating a warm and friendly atmosphere. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. It's also not far from Jinma Square, about a 600-meter walk, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. This guesthouse is fantastic; I'll definitely stay here again."

Then, a while later, someone knocked on the door and asked if I needed my room cleaned. It was so obvious they were just trying to scam me. They were cleaning other rooms, and when I checked, the cleaned rooms even had bottled water. My room hadn't been cleaned at all. It's clear they hadn't cleaned at all. The altitude of 3,900 meters made the guests run around to change rooms. Finally, after complaining, Ctrip upgraded the room. But in the so-called beautiful suite, there is such a large space, but there is no luggage rack, no TV remote control, obvious stains on the toilet, no countertop for bath gel in the bathroom, you have to bend down to get it from the floor, and there is no place to put clothes for bathing... The water is yellow... There was a power outage at 12:30 in the middle of the night, and it was silent. The whole hotel was like dead. I looked at the lobby door, and the security guards and flashlights were gone. I pushed the door to see the corridor, and there was not even an emergency indicator light in the corridor. Compared with other hotels of the same price in Tibet, it is just a shelf. It is better not to be called a five-star hotel, so as not to disappoint people."
