"The best and most lowkey location if you wanna visit 90% of Seattle! Friendly and efficient check-in. Real cool lobby. I wish I had used it a little more. Didn't eat or drink there since I was meeting up friends for dinner around town. Several cafés in the area are worth treating yourself to. Checkout was the easiest process I've ever had. Rooms look a bit cyberpunk/capsule hotel adjacent, but you sleep well and have pretty much everything you need [unless you need a desk for work or something]. Some things to note: Lights are a bit tricky to dim since they cycle brightness. It would have been great to leave one light on and dim the rest with the power saving feature [also just to keep up the night curtain and lower the day curtain, so I'm not walking in a pitch black room after dinner]. Why not 5 stars all around? The shower door didn't/couldn't shut all the way, so I used the towels to mop up the wet bathroom floor. Asked at kiosk for extra towels... they never came. At least the floor dried up before I left. Maybe if I made my request using the iPad, it would have happened. This obstacle made my stay not as good as it could have been, but I made do [there are add'l restrooms on the basement level, fortunately]."

"I highly recommend it. It is very close to the airport. It takes about 10 minutes by taxi and cost $35. There is a hotel shuttle available, so you can use it. The shuttle bus is large and very nice, and the driver was very friendly. The lobby and front desk are clean, and the facilities are modern, so I think both the staff and guests will like it. I arrived late at night, so I am not sure if the staff were friendly. I didn't have breakfast, so I can't comment on that, but the coffee and tea next to the elevator were of good quality. It offers great value for money, and the bedding, bathroom, and carpet were very clean."

"What a pleasant surprise, this hotel is excellent! The room was spacious and came with a kitchen. I was initially worried that a new hotel might lack operational experience, but my concerns were completely unfounded. This is truly one of the best hotel setups I've experienced in North America. The location is incredibly convenient; we stayed for seven nights and found it easy to get everywhere. Being able to cook our own meals was a huge plus. It also came with a sofa bed, and impressively, even the sofa bed was comfortable! It's easily enough space for a family of four or five. On top of that, the room decor is very new, and all the dishes and kitchenware are pristine. The coffee from the cafe downstairs is also delicious. On the eighth floor, there's a gym, laundry room, and a terrace with a view of the Space Needle. The neighborhood is great, and it's very close to the QFC supermarket, making grocery shopping a breeze. You can even walk to the Space Needle and other museum attractions. If you're coming to Seattle and don't stay at this hotel, you're really missing out!"

Quiet, Clean and Comfortable Room

"We had a decent stay at the house. The room is pretty small but it is clean. The common area are nice with dinner table and chairs, but only have 1 living room chair. Kitchen is nice and clean, unfortunately, there were some issues with ants in the kitchen. The major issue with the house is the noise.. as the wall are very thin which when any other guest walking in the common area or talking in their rooms, you pretty much can hear everything. The common area lights are motion sensitive and unfortunately the door gap in our room are bigger than normal, as anyone walks in the hallway, our door frames would lights up at night and wake me up at night. We didn't get too good of a sleep/rest for this reason."
