"The hotel is neat. The room was good and the bed was great. Breakfast has never been so bad anywhere. The pool isn't great. The location is outside the city center but within walking distance. A car is recommended for exploring the island. We won't be staying at this hotel again, but we'd love to visit Samos again."

I spent a very nice weekend there, the hotel was amazing but the second day we had some issues with the noise in the next room and the stuff took care of that immediately and offered to change us room even without us compaining about it. "Dirty! We should have left from the first moment and called the health department! Shame on our country! We stayed with my family from 20/07/23 to 25/07/23 by necessity after I had booked it with social tourism vouchers! We had planned to stay (before we went) another three days! I will only refer to our rooms! We didn't expect luxuries! Didn't we mind the small old-fashioned TV that didn't catch any channels or rust on the water heater but the phone in the shower and the short curtain in the bathroom that were yellowed by the passage of time? or /and/ the lera? On the balcony, ropes for hanging clothes and 3 clothes pegs! The small table and the plastic chairs for the balcony were on top of a wardrobe and they also needed cleaning! They changed our towels when the 5 days that were paid for by our cashier were now over and bearing in mind that we would stay another 3 days at our own expense! When we were leaving (and after he asked us for the legal sanction to cancel the reservation) we told him about the above (complaints) he told us that we had to tell each other from the first day to give us other rooms! In other words, he had more clearly, but he gave them selectively? We have been going every year for 15 years on vacations with and without social tourism and we have never encountered anything like this before! I am amazed at the good comments that some have written!"

"Номери нормальні (було 2 різних), але ліжка досить жорсткі. Балкони в номерах були справді гарними та просторими. Хоча готель розташований безпосередньо біля аеропорту, що призводить до значного шуму від літаків, що прибувають та злітають. З іншого боку, спостерігати за зльотом літаків так близько було одночасно новим і позитивним досвідом. Пляж біля готелю дуже гарний, з винятково чистою та прозорою водою. Варто зазначити, що на пляжі є невелике каміння (не пісок), але воно перетворюється на пісок після приблизно 7 метрів у море. Їжа була не найкращою. На вечерю часто були пересмажені овочі, просочені олією, пересмажене м'ясо, яке не змінювалося щодня. На сніданок були солодкі, майже газовані соки, здебільшого консервовані фрукти, і чомусь яєчня мала смак води після миття посуду. Одним винятковим плюсом була кава, яка була насиченою та свіжою навіть за моїми фінськими мірками. Персонал був частково ввічливим і приємним, частково трохи непрофесійним і грубим. Незважаючи на це, вони зробили все можливе, щоб задовольнити наші побажання, що ми щиро цінуємо! Особлива подяка одній українській прибиральниці, чия привітність та гостинність зробили нас справді бажаними гостями в готелі."

"I was here for a week as part of a hiking group and felt very comfortable in every respect. I had a room in one of the bungalows further away and the hotel was generally very quiet. The room is not fancy and there are very few power sockets, but it had everything you need: a large, comfortable bed (plus another one that I didn't need and used as a shelf), desk, TV with a few German channels, seating area, large closet, fridge - and a mini safe that unfortunately doesn't fit an iPad. The room was easy to darken with a roller shutter and the small terrace had a very nice view. The bathroom is big enough, has an old-fashioned but well-functioning hairdryer and enough shelf space. The breakfast and dinner buffet was varied and it was very nice to sit on the terrace. The snacks in the pool bar are just as good as the cocktails. The staff were also incredibly helpful and friendly! The only small drawback is the location: since the hotel is on a higher elevation, you have an incredibly beautiful view, but you also have to walk about a kilometer and a half down and then back up again if you want to go to the very beautiful town of Kokkari. However, the hotel also offers a free shuttle, so you don't have to walk. Overall, a very nice stay."
