"Very good hotel, 200 meters from the beautiful, fine sandy beach. Even if you don't have a sea view, you'll still have a great view. Good free parking right at the hotel. Located on the outskirts of Gandia, the hotel has good public transport connections to the city. Varied and good food. The buffet is always replenished. The staff always clears the tables quickly and efficiently. The furniture isn't brand new; the hotel is showing its age. Very clean rooms and a great, comfortable bed. Because it's an older hotel, the walls are thin, so you can hear quite a bit. Since you have to register for meals and are assigned a table, there can be delays, but we never had to wait longer than 5-10 minutes. The staff is friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay there again. We were also impressed with the value for money."

"Great hotel, good food, good service, excellent location and amazing beach!! For sure we will go back next year. The hotel in itself is great. We booked a suite with garden and it was perfect. Pool is really nice, always have sunbeds available, not very crowded. They provide you with towels. We stayed for almost 2 weeks and had full board. We were concerned about the food but it was perfect. Never got bored nor had the need to go eat outside of the hotel to get away. A lot of variety and always something to eat. The service at the restaurant was very good too. The best part is the beach, definitely amazing. The kids club is great and the animators take very good care of the kids. The bellboys are also VERY VERY NICE, always smiling and asking if you need something. If they were to be paid by number of smiles they would be millonaires! There is one thing that was a big disappointment. We went to the spa as we could leave the kid at the kids club for an hour and make the most. However, they do not have cabins for couples! In the hundreds of hotels I have travelled to across the globe it is the first time a hotel of this level does not have cabins for couples. It is a pity as due to that we did not use the message service of the spa. The location is very calm with nothing nearby, so it is great to relax but boring if you want loads of life outside of the hotel. We will go back next summer!! "

"One negative point was the cleanliness of room 943. There were even sunflower seed shells next to the sofa bed in the apartment. The buffet was extremely limited. They serve churros, but by 9:00 AM they were out of chocolate. The savory breakfast consisted of bacon, scrambled eggs, and sausages. The rice dishes were very good, though (use packets of aioli, because the mortar and pestle mix is ​​just garlic mayonnaise. So be mindful of egg allergens). The waitresses in the cafeteria were very friendly."

"We were in Oliva nova to play golf only and we didn’t utilize any of the facilities in the hotel. But the reception were helpful making reservations at restaurants and driving us to the golf course. "Tremendous little hotel right on the beach, overlooking the marina. Spotlessly clean, welcoming and has everything you could need for a pleasant stay. But the staff are what make it - extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful - nothing is too much trouble and they were very patient with my terrible attempts at Spanish! A bus stop right outside will take you to Gandia town, the train station, the shopping mall or wherever. Highly recommend it for solo travel. You will sleep like a log too, the beds are great! I got a nice big bathroom and a lovely terrace to sit out on, and there’s a fridge, plus you can get the bbc news channel. Thanks to the team, hope to see you again soon!"

"Lovely hotel with 40 or so rooms all on one level, most with a private terrace next to the pool, half dozen with sea views. Seems like there are more pool lounge chairs than guests - not going to be fighting for a spot. “Room” service to the lounge chairs outside your room. Super chill and the staff are wonderful. One could spend the entire trip inside the hotel and miss the wonderful city of Gandia: don’t. Get out and explore. Highly recommend."
