Hotel Villa Annette ★★★★
"My wife and I stayed one night at Hotel Villa Annette and chose this boutique accommodation as we were seeking a relaxing stay away from the hustle and bustle of crowds. The hotel (which has 12 rooms) is located high on the hill in a quiet location and offers lovely views of the Bay of Rabac. Ample free parking is readily available, with the rooms on the higher floors (which are accessible by stairs) having the best views, with rooms on level 3 offering the best outlook. Our Classic Suite was extremely spacious, nicely furnished, clean, comfortable, and comprised a bedroom with a king bed and TV, a living room with a sofa which converted into an additional double bed and another TV. There were also two bathrooms (one with a bathtub), whilst the balcony was large and offered a nice view of the bay. The room included two air-conditioners, a mini bar refrigerator stocked with a variety of drinks, as well as tea / coffee making facilities. The free Wi-Fi worked well. The swimming pool area was a lovely feature of the complex and besides having pool lounge chair seating (with the option of umbrellas) around the pool, also had an undercover bar / dining area where one could order drinks and also light food such as tapas, schnitzel, chips, sandwiches, and the like for lunch or during the course of the afternoon. The quality of the food was very good. The buffet breakfast was excellent with a large variety of food choices available, as well as the option to have eggs cooked to your liking or have breakfast in the nearby outdoor garden if one wished. Staff were very efficient, friendly and provided first-class service adding to the quality of our stay. It should be noted that the hotel restaurant is not open for evening meals, and you really need to have your own vehicle to be able to access the restaurants in Rabac (5-minute drive), as to walk entails at least a 30-minute walk down and then in excess of 45 minutes to walk back up the very steep hill to the hotel. Staff were very helpful in providing the best parking options in close proximity to the restaurant we had booked. In conclusion, we thoroughly enjoyed our very relaxing and peaceful stay at Hotel Villa Annette and would have no hesitation in staying at this location should we return to Rabac. "

Цей готель – один із багатьох, які пропонує Valamar у цьому куточку узбережжя Істрії. Мені сподобався варіант «все включено». Ви можете харчуватися в їхньому ресторані зі шведським столом та користуватися барами біля басейнів та у вестибюлі. Напої за системою «все включено» – це місцеве хорватське пиво та вино, а також коктейлі. (Ви не можете замовити брендовий алкоголь). Цього більш ніж достатньо, щоб насолодитися стравами під час їжі або потягувати їх на зручних диванах на балконах та у вестибюлях. У середземноморському ресторані є багато вегетаріанських страв. Це тому, що окрім м'яса, хорвати їдять багато овочів. Будучи родом з Азії, ми не знайшли жодних гострих страв, але це не є недоліком. Мені сподобався мангольд, оливковий батончик, фрукти, різні види смажених овочів, йогурт, хліб, курка та риба, приготовані перед вами. Економічно «все включено» виходить дешевшим. Ми орендували машину, і місць для паркування достатньо, навіть якщо територія готелю заповнена, ви можете припаркуватися біля готелю. У номерах для сім'ї було одне двоспальне ліжко та два розкладні дивани. Готель переважно заповнений гостями з дітьми. Судячи з номерних знаків автомобілів, багато гостей приїжджають з Австрії, Німеччини, Швеції, Великобританії. Дуже привітний персонал готелю, сподобалося наше заселення з К'ярою. Ви можете дійти до міста Рабац пішки гарною набережною. Є 3 басейни, а громадський пляж з'єднаний з готелем. Пляж гальковий, але це не проблема. Ось кілька речей, про які готель повинен подбати: Обслуговування в середземноморському ресторані дуже невимушене. У деякі дні це винятково, адже жінка-керівниця допомагає прибирати зі столів, в інші дні персонал та менеджери проходять повз столи з брудними тарілками гостей збоку, які потрібно прибрати. Можливо, просто потрібні деякі оперативні корективи, щоб виправити це. На кухні закінчується посуд протягом години, і якщо ви будете в ресторані в останню годину його роботи, ви побачите, що морозиво повністю порожнє і жодних ознак заміни. Знову ж таки оперативна проблема. Ліжка дуже зручні. У номері є чайник, розчинна кава та чай. Зі спілкуванням немає проблем, персонал готелю розмовляє англійською. Розваги можна проводити в готелях-партнерах, а щовечора перед винним баром збирається приємна публіка з музикою. Ми використовували Рабац як базу та здійснювали одноденні поїздки до Любляни (Словенія), Трієста (Італія), Пули та Ровіня. Дуже приємне перебування."

"We had our honeymoon in Rabac 40 years ago, so for our Ruby anniversary we wanted to return to this beautiful place! Booked through Jet2, everything was so smooth and painless. We had booked a car, so didn’t use the resort transfers. You arrive to a ‘welcome centre’. They take your details and then arrange for a buggy to take you to reception in your hotel (there are several in this resort) and then take you to your hotel and your room. Smooth.. Painless.. We received a bottle of bubbly as an anniversary treat from the hotel! Breakfast is in the restaurant which overlooks the sea and the pool. Plenty of choices and eggs/omelettes are freshly made to order. All of the expected continental options are there plus the cooked options. The staff in the restaurant are lovely! Every day, they happily filled up my water bottle with ice and water! The hotel and resort staff helped to make this a most memorable and enjoyable experience! Lots of new happy memories of this absolutely stunning location."
