Cabot Pollensa Park Spa

"The Cabolt Pollensa Hotel and Spa is a clean and very friendly hotel. We had no complaints. From the head chef who made the bithday cake four my friends "Big" Birthday to Maria and her team in the restaurant. All the team were so helpful and courteous. Special thanks to Maria, the head chef (name I forgot) and Miguel (Restaurant Manager) for making the day special and also allowing us to decorate the birthday table with banners, balloons and decoration. The reception staff were so helpful in recommending trips one of which we did with "No frills" tour company to Vilamoura and Sollier. Great day out for the group. The cleaning staff work round the clock to keep the hotel & rooms very clean. The hotel is geared more for families with losts to do for children. However we found no shortage of sunbeds and the swimming pools inside and out were widely used b our team. The entertainment on nights where there were live acts was the best and we really enjoyed dancing the night away. My only gripe is that the hotel bedrroms have paper thin walls. When you have families with babies and noisey kids this disturbs the other guests as you can hear all the shouting, slamming doors and concverstions including snoring from your neighbour's place. Several of us experienced this. Apart from this issue, I would highly recommend this hotel. There is a lovely promenade with bars arestaurans and beach to walk along in the evenings. For live bands to get you up and dancing, I recommend the Palm Sprts Bar next door as they had some great tribute acts. Advisable to book ahead as they are very popular."

"We had a great stay at Son Sant Jordi. Son Sant Jordi is an authentic, family run hotel in the old city of Pollença. Free parking is available at two locations about 350 meters from the hotel. We stayed in a Junior Suite which is really spacious and has a modern vibe to it. The hotel has a nice, intimate garden with a pool. Breakfast is great with a personal service. Dinner is in the in-house restaurant with a choice between two set menu’s. The only negative comment is the lack of a stable WiFi connection. It is impossible to do some work on your laptop or stream a movie. This could be fixed with a proper repeater. Special thanks for Eduardo and his team who operate the in-house restaurant La Placeta!"

"Attended the cafe in the Square attached to the hotel - service awful and member of staff rude - chap with a No10 tattooed on his arm - was rude to my 82year old mother and when I ordered a chocolate milk for my daughter he took the order and did not return - I managed to catch his eye but he looked at me smiled broadly and walked away. Was even difficult trying to pay the bill. totally ignored. After waiting 30 mins I went inside and asked to settle"

"Very nice apartments set 1 street back from the pinewalk in a quieter area (just behind the Illa 'dor hotel). the pool is small but adequate for the amount of apartments (20) unfortunatey when we were there the selfish sunbed reservers were sticking their towels out and reserving even though their is a sign saying not to. There is no reception at the pollensamar you have to use the one at the Bahia a 10 minute walk away, this seems a bit odd as the Illa 'dor is just across the road and they are the same company. The beaches ar literally on your doorstep and a nice bar/restaurant with a small spar shop a 2 minute walk away (called the store). We stayed in a superior room which was lovely but the standard apartments looked every bit as comfortable. there was airconditioning in both the living room and bedroom which was a god send. We absolutely loved our holiday and would 100% return, we fancy staying at the Bahia next time as it is slightly closer to all the bars and restaurants."

"Stayed for a week staff were not particularly friendly or welcoming except lady who served breakfast. 2 flights of stairs to climb with suitcases no lift. Room smelt unpleasant of damp or mould. No safe for valuables very flimsy lock on patio door. The air conditioning was very poor and no extractor in the very small bathroom. The breakfast was poor hardy any choice although the staff offer to cook eggs or omelette. As a basic base it eas ok but wouldn't stay there again."

"Such a lovely apartment, quiet, cool, nice little pool with view of the mountains, close to beach, town , bus station and lovely Cami de Boquer walk over the hills to a little rocky cove. We had half board and that was all good too. Can thoroughly recommend."
