"We booked a room for one night as part of an annual birthday trip, expecting a pleasant and relaxing stay. Instead, we got an entirely unacceptable experience. At 5 PM, right after I stepped out of the shower in a towel, three men appeared at the door demanding entry to replace the air conditioner. When I refused, they handed me a phone with the owner on the line. He was incredibly rude, yelling, and wouldn't let me get a word in. He forced me to let them in, claiming it would take 5-10 minutes. They ended up staying for 1.5 hours in a room I had already paid for, and the workers were mocking and belittling when I asked how long it would take. When I asked the owner to cancel the room due to this intrusion, he yelled and said, "Let's see where you'll find another place, it's not my problem." I went down to the reception to get a refund, but the receptionist refused and demanded I pay for a completely new room if I wanted to move. Meanwhile, the owner started ignoring all phone calls from the front desk. The next day, I finally saw him, and he sarcastically asked why I didn't come say hi when I saw him (as if I was supposed to know what he looked like). Avoid this place at all costs. They have zero respect for their paying guests, and customer service is practically non-existent."

"This is a fabulous hotel, perfect location, all the staff were exceptional and very attentive. Our room was wonderful and our stay in Paphos was wonderful. Thank you."

У номері було брудно, кондиціонери дуже шумні та з них капала вода, штори не блокували світло, тому доводилося прокидатися з першими ж променями сонця, постільна білизна жахливо пахла, а в номері було кілька небезпечних факторів, таких як відкриті розетки та відсутня плитка."

"Great hotel design and hardware with mediocre service: Spacious room, great location, beautiful compound and design (as long as you don’t get one of those side rooms that faces the back of a building or the carpark). Wide range of selection for breakfast. It’s weird that the carpark is a little further away and you’re supposed to call a number at the gate every time for them to open for you. They said it’s toll free but I doubt it’s free for an international line. I don’t know who would spend international calling rate to call the number as most people uses esim today. The way they challenged me and say “why don’t you just call” and insisted it was free just made me feel very disappointed. There’s also no refill of the room’s coffee station (it’s chargeable)- I guess it’s because they call themselves a suite/ service apartment. There were a few other examples of mediocre services: not deal breaker but could have been better. Overall I would say it is good value for money given the spacious and beautiful room, so simply don’t place too much emphasis and expectations on service then you’ll be fine."

"✅ Conveniently located near the center, a 6-minute drive away. Nice restaurants nearby. ❌ Upon arrival, we were surprised to see no one, no entertainment, no atmosphere, no screens during matches, and the staff seemed pathetic, standing alone at their counters. Even in summer, the pool hours are only 9 am to 5 pm. We asked to change rooms because we had two single beds instead of a double, but this was refused. The towel service needs improvement, as we only received one set of towels out of the two we ordered. The breakfast is really lacking! It's the same thing every day, with no variety, no local products, just frozen food. Very few staff. The establishment is very old; if you're in your twenties, I do NOT recommend it. ⚠️ Misleading descriptions: there are no toiletries or bathrobes."

"Готель ідеально розташований у Фапосі. Всього 5 хвилин ходьби до однієї з головних визначних пам'яток (Гробниці царів). У межах 10-15 хвилин ходьби є багато ресторанів, а також торговий центр приблизно в 20-25 хвилинах ходьби. Готель був досить чистим, але йому бракувало деяких зручностей (враховуючи, що він 4-зірковий). Власність стара, через що на стінах були плями та сліди. Сніданок також був чудовим, нічого чудового! Загалом, добре для короткого перебування."

"Overall great stay. Staff and service were fantastic in the hotel. Room and bed were comfortable. The pool was out of service throughout our trip due to maintenance.-This was a disappointment on arrival that was likely more the fault of Trip.com rather than the hotel for not having notified us before. We were there off-season and there was a lot of building/maintenance/trucks around. As well as a building site for a new hotel next door but luckily had been halted and turned into a quiet arqueological dig instead! The spa, gym, classes, indoor pool all good. Breakfast is great. We had one meal at epicurean for dinner- very generous portions but didnt quite make up for quality. The decor felt quite stuck in the mid 90s- as did some of the food. The thing I cant understand is why they have no greek food in this hotel? It's crazy you can't get a Greek salad, dips, or fresh fish/ calamari. We walked 5 mins down the tomb of kings road and ate really well at some unassuming restaurants on a main road with great greek food and lovely seafood for half the price of the 'Asian' food served at the hotel- you just have to comprise on views! Would love to go back in the high season and see it shine."
