Nice outdoor pools and comfortable sunbeds, but the cleanliness of the hotel could be better.

Our 3rd visit here, the staff are so nice. The bar staff are amazing, big shout out to Youssiff, Mahmoud Alsawy & Ebrahim. These guys are the best. See you all next year

Fantastic hotel with great amenities, the management and staff are so helpful and cannot help you enough, the meals were outstanding and the restaurant staff catered to all our needs, we had seen that there had been some negative reviews since its refurbishment regarding children running wild and some antisocial behaviour, I believe that this isn’t a hotel issue more a poor parenting one, we would like to give a big thank you to all the bar and restaurant staff especially Josef and Bhourbagh ( apologies if I’ve misspelled your names) for ensuring we remained hydrated day and night

We were really looking forward to our stay here and based on the 5 star description and past reviews arrived expecting a lot. This was at best a 3 star hotel and left us very disappointed. Pros (Kind of): Location is nice with an easy Boardwalk stroll into Pahos town. Very nicely kept gardens around the hotel front and beach. Be aware the beach is very rocky and had a lot of litter floating around the rockpools. The stack of abandoned pallets on the beach was a lovely touch. Room had been renovated and the bathroom was very well done with a walk in wet room shower. Rest of room had badly fitted coving, doors that would not shut properly and a very rough balcony paint job. Food was good and the chefs clearly took pride in what was served, a special shout out to the lady doing the breakfast omelettes, she does an outstanding job and was very friendly towards us. I would say though it was a lot of Pork dishes and it did get a bit samey but that is typical of an all-inclusive from our experience. Cons: Arrival, Our flight was delayed and we arrived at around 1am, we were the last drop off so had a tour of the other 5 star hotels in the area, each one the guests were greeted with beverages and what looked like several staff helping them with their luggage. We got to our hotel and nothing, a person did eventually come out and help with one of the suitcases but we were not offered a drink at all. We were handed a clipboard to fill in instead of being spoken to, It felt like we were an inconvenience arriving so late, and we then had to take our own suitcases up to the room. We were not shown to the lifts and had no welcome talk about the hotel or what was on offer. Not a five star service. Décor; The hotel had clearly had a quick coat of paint and in some areas, you could see where its rushed. The room balcony had unpainted areas around the top, clearly longer extensions on the paint roller didn’t exist. The central hotel area does not have aircon, the lifts felt like Sauna’s. The ground floor had mismatched floor tiles and many that were badly chipped. The finish inside a couple of lifts with stuck on tiles at the bottom looked very badly done. The cheap concrete tiles around the pool had been painted and it was coming off everywhere, it covered the bottom of my foot when I got out the pool and I had to pick it off, classy. All Inclusive? We were not sure what was included and what wasn’t, we were often accusingly asked if we were all inclusive when ordering drinks leaving unsure as to why, were we ordering something we shouldn’t? I still don’t really know if some things are charged for, why not use bands like everywhere else to show we were all inclusive if the hotel operates separate board options. Dining Room; No dress code, often had people walking around in swimming costumes and sitting on the fabric seats, they were often soaked and when we complained one day we were just given other wet seats. Just got back after a week stay. Great hotel, location and food. We spent most days at the beach and took advantage of the hotels sun beds. I would like to make a special mention to Drhuba who supplied all our drinks while at the beach and looked after us. He is a credit to the hotel and deserves a medal for working so hard in that heat. All the staff were great including the reception staff and a thank you to the cleaners who work so hard. We look forward to visiting next year once the new water park is built.

This is our 8th time to this hotel and our first since the improvements. When you think it can’t get any better it has. Food still brilliant for an all inclusive. Drinks improved more international brands. Sunbeds so comfortable. Staff absolutely amazing Yossef, David, Mostafa and Derek the Egyptian kings made the holiday. As for the entertainment a massive improvement. A great bunch of people. Thank you to them all for making the holiday, especially Faye who came for a chat everyday. We will definitely be back again soon. Thank you Chris and everyone at the Louis Imperial Beach until the next time x

The best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I’m quite picky, and stayed in some lovely hotels but this was faultless. Firstly, the room, it was spacious, the bed comfy with beautiful quality linen, the towels were huge and soft, and plenty of storage. Secondly, the food was fresh, varied and great quality we tried the burger à la carte and it was great, we didn’t try the Asian fusion but heard good things. The buffet restaurant was spacious, comfortable and the rose wine was delicious. The hotel aesthetic was spot on and really pretty and comfortable. The loungers were perfect, and we used the quiet pool every day. What sets this hotel apart from any other I have stayed in, is the staff. From the housekeeper asking if we were happy with the standard of room cleaning, to the pool waiters keeping us constantly topped up, to the waiting staff in the restaurant working tirelessly, everyone was so friendly, approachable and really keen for you to have the best experience. Well done to the hotel management for doing something right, in treating your staff well enough for them to want to make a difference. We will be back, and recommending that I friends and family. Everything was faultless and exceeded expectations.

as soon as we walker through the door we were looked after greeted with a lovley cool drink we had a superior sea view room was amazing everything you could need in room the views were beautiful the food was very good choice excellent and desserts amazing there was roast pork lamb beef chicken every day drinks where served around the pool and on the beach thankyou lovely waiter yousef for looking after us they work so hard in this hotel to spoil you even got a free courtesy room to shower and change on way home was. Our first time in Cyprus and this hotel will definitely be returning

We have been going here for many years every body is really friendly from reception to the bar restaurant and pool , lifeguard Derek goes out of his way to help you and turn your towels into swans , David brings your drinks round the pool and smiles and chats all the time and Johnny in the restaurant really friendly, this hotel is very clean and the food is outstanding can’t wait to go back next year
