"I arrived at 10:30 in the morning at the hotel and planed to make the check in at 11 or 12 o clock as i reserved at booking. Com early check in . The staff at the reception told me that the check in normaly is at 15;00 but after he seen my email from booking told me to wait for the room to be cleaned , the first cleaned was mine, i didn t wait too much, i appreciated this. The room is spacious, very clean with minibar , toilet products , radio , a table and. Some chairs, tv lcd . I recomand this hotel because i ve booked it at a good price , is very near the center of the city, is clean , the room is big and bed comfortable. Like! "

"As a spa hotel as it calls itself, its poor. The room is clean, thats a plus, but the hotel is demodated, needs a renovation. When you enter the room, it smells like domestos and bleach. The spa is small, they dont give you towels for spa and sauna, and the sauna begins to function only in the afternoon."

"Knowing this is a 4 star hotel, I had some expectations. Pros. - Nice and attentive staff; - Nice location, quiet neighborhood, walking distance to city center; - Free parking, but very challenging to navigate their parking lot; - Very large rooms; - There is a pool; - Breakfast ok. Cons. - Rooms are outdated, old furniture, old TV sets, almost impossible to watch something in proper conditions. A refurbishment is much needed; - The pool is full day long because they are offering subscriptions and swimming lessons; I would rate my experience with 3.5, something between average and good. I finally choose 4 instead of 3 only due to their staff."
