"I stayed here for 5 nights. The hotel is in a good location. It’s close to the train station. The closest park is 6 min walk from the hotel. The amenities can be requested from the front desk. The room is small but sufficient for a one person traveler. The bed is a single bed and quite small. The bathroom is also small. The shower section is partitioned by a glass but it covers only 50%, so the water will splash outside the shower section when you take a shower. The floor is usually wet after a shower. At the lobby, there is a meeting section, you can have a business meeting there. Coffee is also free at the lobby. Recommended for business trip. Not many restaurants nearby, but there are many restaurants in the 10-15 minute walking range."

"Great location at the river and in the center. Nice river view from small but comfortable rooms. The hotel is a former warehouse with lots of old details that add to the nice atmosphere. "We booked the High Tea but we were extremely disappointed with it. It cost €58 for 2ppl and the food was not fresh. We expected home made food but it was 90% dry small cakes, one made of dough with custard in it. The savoury was a bought-in hard pale pastry case and plain prawns. The scone hard like a rock and too thin to cut it in half. It just was all very weird to say the least and not to any standard you’d expect. I felt quite nauseous with just sweet cakes as this was supposed to be a late lunch. We mentioned this to the staff and 4 weeks later (after investigation with the chef) we were told the food is made with love. And due to the economic climate, more people are asking for their money back. Well… what can you say to that. I think they use the same marketing greenwashing ‘made with love’ as do Hema, who also admit to buying their food in. If a chef can’t make their own pastry or a scone for an expensive High Tea…. we will not be going back."

"You pay 10 euros per day for paying at the hotel. It is not indicated anywhere on the front page of trip. The parking spaces are so small that damage to your car is inevitable. For 265 euros per night you can't even get a free bathrobe. You have to rent one. For exactly the same thermal bath in Aachen a few kilometers further you pay 1/3 of this price and then you have a cottage and while I am writing this review the price has dropped by 23% (60 euros) within a month. In short, you are quickly riled up again. What a bunch of scammers"

"Very bad expérience. My room was with cobwebs and my bathroom filled with mold. I changed 3 rooms but it was all even worst. Thé was a Big plate of Fried chicken in thé last room i was offered. After i complaint to Martjin the manager ,he agreed to refund my stay. A month later he wrote and said he wasn't going to pay back . I find it very hard to believe a manager of a hotel will write emails of such bad maners. Run away from this hotel and incase you happen to be in thésame situatiin do not leave there without any prove of your refund. If you booked through an agency call them directly and report thé incident immédiately."
