The staff welcomed us warmly with a traditional namaste, ***** with a refreshing welcome drink and dates, which made us feel special right away. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. The resort's location is stunning, and the view from our room was breathtaking. I had requested a candlelight dinner for my husband's birthday, and the team went above and beyond by beautifully decorating our room and arranging a lovely dinner setup. It was a memorable experience that exceeded our expectations. The food was outstanding in terms of quality, taste, and quantity. A special mention to the chef and staff, who were incredibly courteous and patient. The cook even waited for nearly three hours until we finished our dinner, which reflects the resort's commitment to guest satisfaction. The breakfast spread was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options. Throughout our stay, every staff member was polite, attentive, and eager to help. Overall, we had a truly pleasant and memorable stay. I highly recommend Fog Munnar Resort to anyone looking for great hospitality, beautiful views, and an exceptional experience in Munnar."

"A really nice and friendly hostel in the tea plantation town of Munnar. It is basic and the rooms small, but it is clean and the shower does have hot water. No aircon as it is not needed. Nice rooftop lounge. The half day trek up into the local hills through the plantations and beyond was superb, but not for the feint hearted. Some bits are very steep and slippery, and beware the leeches! Our guide Ganesh was wonderful and really looked after us. He told us loads of information and stories (elephant tree for example!!) A lovely ***, please ask for him if you do a trek. Highly recommended hostel for a good price. Hint: Ali Baba restaurant over the way is superb."

The people were incredibly kind, attentive, and made us feel truly at home. The beautiful views, peaceful surroundings, and calm and quiet atmosphere made our stay even more special. It is the perfect place to disconnect from the hustle and bustle and simply enjoy nature. Waking up to the breathtaking views of the hills was a wonderful experience. "Our stay at Scenic Hotel Munnar was truly wonderful. The rooms were neat, well-maintained and comfortable, with a great location and beautiful views that made the stay even more special. The surrounding greenery, birds and sounds of nature created a truly peaceful and refreshing atmosphere. The reception and concierge teams were also incredibly quick to help with anything we needed and always provided the right information. The restaurant team deserves a special mention—the food was top-notch, and they were genuinely willing to go the extra mile, even accommodating requests and preparing items outside the regular menu. A big shout-out to Bhavana, Rajnish, Suchitra and Lison for their friendly, warm and enthusiastic service. Their hospitality perfectly complemented the excellent food and made our dining experience memorable. Overall, a lovely stay with great food, wonderful service and a beautiful setting."
