"I liked the hotel. Almost everything was perfect. It's conveniently located, within walking distance to the train station, and the old bridge is also easy to reach, with a large shopping mall just a block away. The room is small, but quite comfortable and functional. Everything worked, including water, electricity, WiFi, and key card access. The room was cleaned thoroughly, and towels were changed. Breakfast was very decent and started early. On the downside, I'd note the mattress on the bed was too soft for my liking, and there was a constant, not very loud, hum, probably from the ventilation."

"The hotel room was very spacious, with large beds and a good smart TV. It was a bit dark because one of the spotlights wasn't working. The bathroom had a few minor issues but was otherwise fine. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was excellent, and the food at the hotel restaurant was also good. The prices were comparable to, or even slightly cheaper than, other restaurants. We had dinner there and it was enjoyable. The pool and the changing rooms with lockers were also good. The location isn't near the bridge or in the city center. It's about a half-hour walk or an easy taxi ride. The bus isn't always reliable, so keep that in mind."

"The hotel boasts an excellent location right by the old bridge. However, there's a shisha lounge next door, and since our room was on the ground floor, we were subjected to strong smells and a lot of noise from guests smoking late into the night. To make matters worse, the bar next door had a live band that was incredibly loud all evening. If you're a light sleeper, you might want to seriously reconsider this place."

"Stayed for a day, the hotel is very close to the Old Bridge, there is a shortcut from the hotel to the old street. The room is large and clean, and it is very quiet at night. The hotel manager is very enthusiastic and keeps chatting with you. The waiter will also help you carry your luggage to the room, and will help you carry your luggage from the room to the car when you check out. (Remember to tip) The nearest parking lot to the hotel is called: Parking 5 star. It costs 12 euros a day, but the parking payment machine can only use Bosnian currency. The hotel front desk will be very considerate to remind you first and help you change euros into Bosnian currency. The service is perfect! The hotel also provides dinner, very authentic Bosnian cuisine, fish and lamb recommended!"

"I arrived here late in the evening having travelled from Dubrovnik and despite a problem with their reservations system, thankfully the wonderful owner/manager could accommodate me, and I really enjoyed my stay. Very convenient location for the Old Town of Mostar, comfortable room, not too far to walk to the bus/train station. Also really quiet garden area which was nice to sit in for a while. Would absolutely stay again if visiting Mostar."
