У кімнаті не було кави чи чаю, а телевізор не працював під час мого перебування. Це основні зручності, на які гості повинні покладатися. Якість наданих туалетно-косметичних засобів була низькою, туалетний папір та шампунь, здавалося, були найдешевшими з доступних. Це створювало враження, що готель скорочує витрати за рахунок комфорту гостей. Ще гірше те, що парковка коштує надмірно 22 євро за ніч, що здається нерозумним, враховуючи загальну якість проживання. Загалом, готель пропонує погане співвідношення ціни та якості. Через крихітну кімнату, відсутність зручностей, непрацюючий телевізор, недостатню вентиляцію у ванній кімнаті та дорогу парковку, я б не рекомендував зупинятися тут."

"I worked here briefly as a Zimmermädchen over 40 years ago. Coming back as a guest I wasn't quite sure what to expect and was very pleasantly surprised. No longer a poor university student I was able to afford the newly renovated courtyard room - it was excellent - good bathroom, nice and quiet. The family still run the hotel, the breakfast is very generous (much better than the roll and butter of the 70s!). The hotel is close to the Nationaltheater and within easy walking distance of the city centre. We were there just before Christmas - wonderful for the Christmas Market. The staff were very friendly and frankly the level of cleanliness was far better than that which I attained. Very happy to recommend."

"You have to take the tram from the station. (I called a taxi on the way back) The surrounding area is a quiet residential area. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was great. (It seemed to be a hotel more focused on locals rather than foreign tourists) It was clean and well heated. Winter equipment and furniture were also practical."
