"Відпочивали з чоловіком у цьому готелі протягом 6 ночей. Можу виділити плюси, що справді цілком чисто, великі затишні номери, гарний сервіс. Казино не найбільше, але для першого разу цілком непогано, за великими варіантами краще їхати в сусідні готелі. Дуже добрі сніданки, на будь-який смак. Персонал англомовний. Загалом можу сказати, що готель коштує своїх грошей. З мінусів: поруч ремонт дороги з одного боку готелю (трохи псує вигляд, якщо комусь важливо). Готель знаходиться в 5 хвилинах їзди від головних визначних пам'яток на Тайпі, що не далеко, але локація трохи гірша за інші готелі. З головного мінусу можу виділити те, що в нас сталася така ситуація. Спочатку ми забронювали готель на три ночі з мого облікового запису з 25 по 29 липня. Далі вирішили продовжити ще на одну ніч, і чоловік випадково продовжив зі свого акаунту на ту ж дату з 28-29 число, замість 29-30, тобто ми задублювали дати. Підійшли на ресепшен, нам сказали дзвонити на trip.com і якщо вони не проти, то нам поміняють дати. Після кількох дзвінків і листування зі службою підтримки нам відмовили, пославшись на те, що trip.com не сам приймає подібні рішення, а є якийсь supplier, який відмовляє. Знову підійшли на ресепшен, вони сказали, що не в змозі вирішити питання. Чому незрозуміло. Я не можу знати всіх нюансів внутрішньої роботи готелю, але лояльність ніхто не скасовував, тим більше, що оплата за номери, неважливо через якісь майданчики, потрапляє в готель."

"This hotel is clean and tidy with impeccable service. I'm also grateful to the thoughtful booking platform, which sent a beautifully prepared small cake on the day of check-in. The room is lovely, overlooking the beautiful pool, and comes with its own gym. Contrary to some reviews, there was no stiff, uncooperative, or arrogant service; every staff member was warm, polite, and upheld the hotel's brand with dignity. The hotel is quite large, and whenever you looked a bit lost, a staff member would always come to guide you. When storing luggage, they even proactively helped me check out the room card. The shuttle bus was very convenient. We had two unforgettable anniversary days. The room facilities were complete and well-equipped, and housekeeping was orderly. The front desk even proactively offered some summer experience activities and services."

"Every time I go to Macau, I stay here. It's considered pretty good value for money on Taipa Island. Getting around by taxi is quite convenient now, especially with Alipay for rides. There's a coffee shop downstairs, and their caramel apple coffee is quite good. The 'bing sutt' (traditional cafe) downstairs also has decent food and is open 24 hours, so you can grab a meal even after a late show."

The staff on the first floor wear traditional Chinese gowns and black hats, which, combined with the surrounding old buildings, makes you feel like you've stepped back in time or onto a movie set from an old film! 🛏️ **Stay Experience:** The room was very clean and quiet, so I got a great night's rest. From the room window, you can even see the Grand Lisboa directly – the view is fantastic."

Downstairs, there's a traditional restaurant, so if you don't feel like going out, it's incredibly easy to grab a bite there, and the food is really good too. The hotel itself has full amenities, is clean and hygienic, and even offers a shuttle bus to the Border Gate. I always stay here whenever I visit Macau."

"We loved that there was a 24-hr supermarket at the ground floor of the building, so we had access to affordable late night snacks. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The hotel is within walking distance of Senado Square and the ruins. We booked two rooms, and both were spacious. A pleasant change from our cramped accommodation in HK. The area though is pedestrian-friendly, and it took some walking before we could find a taxi stand. This was a little challenging travelling with elderly parents but other than that, the place was great."

"Located on Rua de Cinco de Outubro, directly across from a popular teahouse I've visited before, this street is a food lover's paradise. It's also a quick walk to St. Paul's Ruins. The customer service staff were incredibly nice and even helped us find a bus to Hengqin Port."

"The room was very sparsely furnished. There was no hand soap or paper towels. The bedding was disposable and quite uncomfortable, and the slippers were the plastic kind you find in public baths. Check-in wasn't until after 2 PM, and they weren't flexible even when I wasn't feeling well. The only upside is its proximity to the Ruins of St. Paul's. I don't think it's worth the price. If you mind disposable bedding, you should definitely reconsider."

Вночі трохи шумно, оскільки я живу на першому поверсі, а оскільки шумоізоляція не дуже гарна, мене кілька разів будили звуки багажу. Це дуже близько до кількох культурних пам'яток. Реєстрація та виїзд були швидкими та зручними."
