"The location is a bit out of the way, but the light rail station downstairs is super convenient. I personally prefer the ambiance of 'Yi Ju' more. This place would be better if you're traveling with kids, but if you're into an artistic vibe, then 'Yi Ju' is the one to go for. They are from the same company, just different hotels. Thanks for the thoughtful gift prepared in advance, and there were plenty of snacks too."

"The decor is incredibly outdated, I have no idea what era it's from. And the fridge is one of those old-fashioned models, incredibly noisy. It would hum for a bit, then go quiet, then hum again. I even removed the power card and it still had power. I couldn't sleep until 3 AM, so I got up and unplugged the fridge, then it was hot all night. Over 800 a night, and I've never slept in such a terrible hotel. The staff, however, were excellent – patient and enthusiastic. The view of the Macau Tower from the 4th floor is quite good though."

"The hotel service is quite good, although it's a bit old. Hygiene is not an issue. The view for watching the fireworks during National Day is absolutely amazing. "I stayed here back in 2023 during the pandemic and had a good experience, so I decided to come back. I never expected to get bitten this time. When I checked in that night, I noticed a stale smell, but I didn't think much of it. About fifteen minutes after getting into bed, my thigh started itching, and a white bump appeared. I thought it was just an allergy and ignored it. Around 6 AM, I woke up to an incredibly itchy bump on my arm, which was also white initially. When I checked out, I mentioned it to the front desk. They suggested I might be allergic to the bedding and offered a free room upgrade for my next visit. However, that very night, itchy bumps appeared on both of my thighs, and I ended up with about five or six similar bumps on my body. Even after applying 999 Piyanping (a common cream for skin issues), they didn't go away. I asked ChatGPT, and it said it was most likely fleas. I've stayed in many hotels, but I've never encountered anything like this. The hotel's service is good, but I can't overlook this hygiene issue. Fleas are incredibly difficult to get rid of, and I'm very upset."

"A very unpleasant experience. My daughter had terrible stomach pain at 3 AM. I suspected it was menstrual cramps, so I asked the front desk if there was a 24-hour pharmacy. She finally took medicine and went to sleep around 5 AM. When she woke up at 10:30 AM, she barely ate breakfast but still couldn't get up. We wanted to request a late check-out since the hotel's check-out time is 12 PM. We were told it wasn't possible because the hotel was fully booked, even after explaining that our child was unwell and our flight wasn't until 8 PM that evening. We contacted Trip.com, and they said the latest we could extend was until 1 PM. If we checked out at 2 or 3 PM, we might be charged a half-day rate. So, we had no choice but to check out at 1 PM. However, there were many guests checking out at that time, so is extending until 1 PM your standard procedure? Earlier, we tried to check in at 3 PM but were told no rooms were available and had to wait until around 5 PM to get our rooms. On a side note, the rooms are really small. As shown in the picture, there's barely enough space to turn sideways between the bed and the TV. We booked three rooms, and all of them had very noisy air conditioning. My friend even turned off the AC on the second night because it was too loud to sleep."

"I found this hotel to be very old and run down; besides the location, everything else was surprisingly bad. I won't be staying here again. The room had a strange odor when I entered, and I suspect it was from previous Indian guests. The bathroom also smelled terrible, and the overall hygiene was very poor. After sleeping on the sheets, my body kept itching. When I checked out, I realized I had forgotten my facial cleanser in the bathroom, but when I contacted the hotel, they claimed they didn't find it, even though it was clearly there. I will never patronize this brand again; this hotel completely ruined its reputation for me."

"I booked this hotel last minute and was honestly blown away by the value. Even at a reasonable price, the room and bathroom are incredibly spacious, clean, and stylish. The bathroom features both a shower and a bathtub, stocked with all the necessary amenities. We were celebrating a birthday and asked about decorations during check-in. Although they don't offer that service, they surprised us by sending a complimentary cake to the room free of charge. Such a thoughtful gesture! The location is also a major plus, situated just a few minutes' walk from the Grand Lisboa hotel, and you can also catch shuttle buses. I cannot recommend this place enough. Excellent stay!"

"Overall, this is a solid three-star hotel. The facilities and service met expectations. Its location in the old town means the surrounding buildings look a bit run-down, which might be a bit jarring visually. There are two bus stops just a short walk away, which was really convenient since ride-hailing in Macau is difficult to get – we used the bus for all our outings over three days. There are also plenty of breakfast spots nearby selling Cantonese congee, rice rolls, turnip cake, and fried dough sticks, so you won't go hungry. However, I do have a few suggestions: 1. The lobby always had a mixed smell of new paint (TVOC) and cooking fumes. I hope they can investigate the cause. 2. There didn't seem to be any tissues in the room. 3. Our triple room was unexpectedly upgraded to a quad room with an extra bed after I booked, which was great. However, the extra bed was placed under the TV, so we moved the two beds ourselves to combine them. Finally, a big shout-out to the washer and dryer combo – it was incredibly useful!"

It's very close to tourist spots, walking distance to Senado Square and the Ruins of St. Paul's. Also convenient for bus travel! It’s perfect for a short stay if you’re not too picky about the environment. I'd definitely stay here again if I come back!"
