Sauna, steam, and gym are relaxing and very well kept, only concern was they advertised a lap pool which is no longer in the hotel."

"Clean, well located, nice room and gym. The soundproofing between rooms wasn’t great (or we had a loud neighbour that spoke at high volume from 6am). Beware in the bar, they put an 18% automatic service charge on the bill and then ask for a tip again when you pay with your card! They made it hard to find the 0% button which was cheeky when we already paid the 18% charge once! That was my main reason for making it a 4/5, management, you should look at that, it’s poor practice."

"We were pleasantly surprised at how comfortable and well kept this Best Western was. The front desk clerk was very polite and gave us a golf course view room on the ground floor level that was perfect. They offer coffee and chocolate chip cookies for free and after driving for hours all day, what a sweet little treat it was. If ever in Kent again we will definitely stop here for our stay."
