"The breakfast was delicious and as expected, but everything else was disappointing. It was a hot day for mid-November, but the heating was on throughout the building and it was unbearable. The elevator hall was like hot air? It was so hot. The room was also hot, so I asked the front desk, but they said they would open the window or lend me a fan, and they wouldn't turn off the air conditioning. (Please change the setting based on the temperature, not the season.) I had no choice but to sleep with the window open (but it was still hot), and the convenience store in front of the hotel was a hangout spot for young, rowdy people after drinking, and it was noisy until late at night, so it was hard to deal with the heat and noise. (It would be better to have a room that doesn't face the convenience store.) Also, when I arrived, I paid for the affiliated parking lot at the front desk and received a settlement ticket, but when I put it through the settlement machine when I left, it showed that the fee was insufficient, so I paid it myself and settled the difference at the front desk. I think they handed me a discount ticket instead of the settlement ticket the night before, but I was annoyed when they asked me to sign for the difference without any apology. (The documents to be signed were prepared, and I was impressed by how well prepared they were.)"

"Considering the low price, there was a natural hot spring and two types of sauna, so I was very satisfied. The new building was just completed, and it was clean and had good soundproofing measures. There was also an izakaya within the facility, where I enjoyed chatting with my work colleagues over delicious food. It was a shame that breakfast wasn't a buffet, but overall it was good value for money and I was very satisfied. There are also supermarkets and famous ramen shops nearby."

"It was a very old inn, and the tatami mats were so uneven that it was scary to walk on them. The futons smelled musty, and I was shocked to find a stink bug in the closet. It was the first time I'd stayed at an inn without bath towels, yukata, or toothbrushes. The food was home-style and delicious, but all the dishes were made with very cheap ingredients (both breakfast and dinner included dried sardines, and the tempura was made with wild vegetables picked from the area). There was crab in the photo of the meal when I made the reservation, but it wasn't served. I felt cheated. If you're not going to serve crab, you shouldn't post the photo."

"The room was really spacious by Japanese standards, and the service was excellent. Parking was available right in front of the door, and there were many restaurants within walking distance. I was driving from Hakuba to Niigata Port, and this was a stop along the way. I felt it was great value for money and was a very satisfying stay. Upon check-in, they noticed I wasn't Japanese and immediately sent me a brochure; it was very clearly written. I arrived in the afternoon, parked my car in the evening, and then walked to Gyu-Kaku restaurant for dinner. I thoroughly enjoyed the yakiniku (grilled meat) that day."

"I was going to the Kashiwazaki fireworks festival at the last minute, but I made a reservation because there was a vacancy at a low price. The station is right in front of the hotel, and the parking lot is right in front of the hotel, so it was helpful. There is also a Lawson nearby and a ramen shop, so you won't have any trouble even if you get hungry in the middle of the night. The staff were very helpful and I had a pleasant stay."

"The room and bath were clean and there were no problems, but there was a hair? or beard? in the kettle and I felt bad. Also, it's fine that you get your own amenities in the lobby, but I wish they'd announce that to people who checked in by themselves using the machine. I found out in the elevator that I had to get them in the lobby, which was a double hassle. Also, it was shortly after check-in had started and the amenities were already gone, but I went back around 10pm to look again and they hadn't been replenished. It felt like it was for people who are used to Toyoko and for long-term stays."
