"The truth is that the hotel is awful, dirty, they serve you poorly and give you the worst room they can, the service is awful, the truth is that I would never go back even if it were free, I do not recommend it at all. Dirty sheets, dirty curtains, disgusting floor, everything filthy, we even had a COCKROACH in the bed (I leave photos attached). It was a double bed and the room they gave us had two single beds stuck together, dirty bathroom as if it had not been cleaned, we had to ask them to clean the room because it was unfit for us, to change the sheets because it had a blood stain, the truth is awful, I do not recommend it."

"The hotel is quite run-down, and the receptionist was unpleasant. Unfortunately, on the day of check-in, I approached the bar and asked the employee for a latte. At the same time, she asked a rude man who had suddenly interrupted our conversation to wait. I ultimately declined the order because I felt the employee was arrogant, especially when she flirted with the man with her eyes and facial expression. I didn't like the fact that my room's windows were so close to those of a neighboring building, from which they could likely observe, which created a lack of peace and quiet; I constantly felt like my personal space was being violated. The only thing I liked about the hotel was the excellent breakfast, but the latte from the machine was very sweet."
