"I am at this property with a group of friends, before arriving I was terrified by several negative reviews, given that I had booked the stay. Now that I've been here for a few days, I ask myself, gentlemen, why are you throwing mud on this structure? Gratuitous and false evil. The only thing I can complain about is that I can't eat everything they offer due to the abundance on display and it's very good and I say this as I'm a professional cook. The wonderful clean place, spacious, comfortable and clean rooms, kind and helpful staff, the sea is wonderful even if there are algae which are part of an eco system, evidence of a clean sea, as for the smell you smell it is not of sewage like some people have said but it is always the bearable smell of this vegetation. I will definitely return"

"You will enjoy some of the best views Erice has to offer right here at this B&B. This is owned and operated by a Husband and Wife. The rooms were very nice, as well as quiet. You will be able to walk all of Erice from the B&B. You are surrounded by plenty of restaurants and coffee places with a world renown Patisserie just steps from the B&B. That being said, the breakfasts at Bella Vista come with home made cakes, meats and cheese, fruits, and the best croissants in Erice! Don't hesitate to book a magical stay here, as the owner can come to the car park to retrieve your bags and get them to your room while you walk the Village. Highly recommend, we would stay here again."

"Arrived from Milan to 08.30 under the flood we call Ketty our interface , we knew that it would give us the apartment at 15.00, but if nn rain we started to turn the city without problems, under rain a casino... Ketty knowing about our Arriving has offered us a up grade of a apartment already ready , so we managed to enter first without standing in the car . Full apartment from washing machine to microwave oven, 2 TV, air conditioning etc Thanks Michela for the courtesy shown thanks"

"Magnificent hotel on a rock with its feet in the water, very beautiful!!!! 5 minutes from Trapani, parking / very friendly staff / OK value for money.... But! the purpose of a hotel is to be able to sleep there... and for us BIG PROBLEM. When we arrive, we are told that in the evening there is a star party, sound system, orchestra until 2.30 in the morning. No problem even if it's impossible to talk to each other in the room because the volume is beyond the Clubs... but we were invited to the party and the next day we should be able to sleep according to the staff.... The next day is a birthday again 10 people with a Technival sound system!!!! impossible to sleep again: NEGATIVE OPINION and lack of sincerity from the staff. In fact there are very few rooms rented and the room is used for festivities with no neighbors.... It's up to you to try your luck????"
