"Of the two rooms we rented, the shower in one didn't work, and the WiFi in the other didn't work. The breakfast bore no resemblance to the pictures on the website (no fruit at all, no croissants, and the tuna was the cheapest and tasteless). The hotel doesn't have a pool, which is unthinkable for a resort town. Don't be fooled by the price! Comfort is key."

"Very central location, has all you need. I read some of the reviews from previous guests & was very apprehensive, but was pleasantly surprised. The room has great aircon, a nice shower, good quality Dead Sea soaps/shampoos in pump pack bottles. The in room fridge works, they left 2 small bottles of water in the room which was appreciated. Eli on the reception desk is super friendly. They clean the rooms each day. There's free coffee/tea at reception area with indoor & outdoor seating/tables. A vending machine selling drinks at a very reasonable 6 shekels each. Some great eateries really close & awesome shopping very close - the hotel is just across the road from the central bus station To see people describe this as a hostel is so weird, because it really isn't even close to that."

"We were only in the lobby of this boutique hotel, which looked beautiful and special, and at the reception we received keys to the two-bedroom apartment we had booked, located about 150 meters from the hotel in Simtat (Alley) Yam Suf in Eilat. This hotel has several apartments in that building that they market under the name "Melony Apartments" in a renovated building with registered parking for each apartment and the possibility of entering an underground parking garage. We were on the top floor with an amazing view of both the mountains and the sea from our balcony. Everything to feel at home, included a Tami4 water filter, Nespresso (with a stock of capsules), a washing machine (with washing powder), shampoo, and more. A TV in each room with access to the Cellcom channel package. In our opinion it's an excellent value for those looking for an apartment (without room service) in Eilat. It is important to note that the hotel reception was very polite and asked to contact them with any questions or problems if needed 24/7. They also have WhatsApp. The door to one of the rooms that was defined as a protected room ("mamad" - acronyms in Hebrew) that, according to Israeli law, must be in every apartment built after the 1990s in Israel, would not close, probably to avoid dealing with a possible malfunction, we don't really know, but it is definitely not something good or normal. Another important detail is that the area is a residential neighborhood with mix of old, new or renovated buildings. It is not located far from a tourist area, but without a car or a taxi that will take you to a tourist area of Eilat in about 5 minutes, we think you should lower your expectations of the area. We would not define it as dangerous or something like that, but it certainly includes also a very simple local population. Anyway, a fully equipped kitchen with the ability to prepare food for children was very important to us and there are several supermarkets not far away, so we left satisfied."

"Brand new, very beautiful, very clean. We loved the peace and quiet; a very good hotel, I recommend it for a couple's holiday or just a weekend. The breakfast was excellent, and I would gladly return. One small negative point: the person who greeted us at reception the first time wasn't very friendly, but we didn't see her again after that. The staff is very friendly overall, especially at the restaurant reception."

"For those who want to save on shopping and dining out -U coral beach is the perfect place.5 meals -breakfast,dinner,coffee and cake,supper,pizza stand at night,free bar from 9 till 00,entertaining programs for grown ups and kids-so no need of going out in search of fun and food.Only shop around is a small super,since the hotel is located on the suburbs of Eilat(there is also a small shop inside the hotel)/So you need a car to go places and you have a gas station across the street.Good food, a lot of variety during meals.Cleaning service is on the upper level-during the meals-lots of small children who drop food-there is always someone to take care of the mess,thank you guys! Special thanks for a guy who cleaned my room on Shabbat and made the bed-you are awesome an do a great job,cuddos!!!! Some small cons-pillows too soft for my taste-used 2 and still wasnt comfortable enough,no chairs)))We took U family superior.I give 4.5 stars"

"I was in this hotel with my parents in the 80's and came back last week with my husband and it was a great surprise to see how the workers there are so nice and smiling and helpful with anything, from the house keeping, to the waiters and bar etc. Smiling and nice even though not everybody is always nice to them so big up to the Neptune team The rooms are nice and clean, we got a beautiful view on the red sea and they even treat us with a bottle of arak and snacks for our honey moon Location is perfect, on the beach and the swimming pool is nice and quiet when they are not ugly people to come with their loud music and cigarettes (even though it is forbidden) definitely recommended!"

"Try to avoid this hotel. Maintance is disaster. Rooms MUST have innovation. When painting walls also painted carpets. Doors are in very bad shape. Coutch near bed is ruined. Not clean enough. Too. Much spray in rooms. The poulation is mostly the low level. WiFi is very low if at all. All included is nice but, does not worth the price. Staff is very nice, but they are not the one who studied hotel service and management. Not enough shelters. No table to work in the room with laptop."

"This appartment hotel is not down by the beach, and that'd why we love it. 2nd stay there in 2 years. Very nice rooms, new and design, cleaned spotlessly, we took a small studio with separate bedroom and a cute balcony overlooking the Jordania mountains. The staff on site is super helpful, there is a garage free of charge, the kitchen has a nespresso machine and all what you need to prepare lunch or breakfast there. My only con was that despite we booked clearly for 3 people, they did not set up the bed for our son, a folding sofa in the living room, nothing was done, we called after we checked in, their comment was "we let people set it up on their own, because many guests want to keep the sofar closed ", 1st this was not an option offered to us, they did not ask us, and in any case the sheets and beddings for the sofa were totally missing. Lucky we were than 1 of the house cleaning staffer was still on site, she brought everything and set the 2nd bed. So management, when you fail, accept your mistake, 2nd, you can as in many hotel, get the sofa set, and folded back,but it is abnormal to let paying customers do what they pay you for. Seeing this gap, we might go to a regular hotel for the same money, we could have but chosen the location and the ease to get there and out. Another issue, albeit they send you the codes by email at the time of check in literally, they did not send the code for the garage to building door. Service could be improved so easily, hope they ll do it"
