"We have been going to the Spa Villa for several years. The suites are for us the most beautiful of all suites we have visited in other Spa hotels. The atmosphere is very familiar. The staff is always friendly and premature. The food is super tasteful and many things (e.g. marble stores, lifts, etc.) are made by yourself. If you are there, it is essential to book the lymph drainage in the cirb bed. We love it totally. And also the massages are very relaxing. We always feel well around."

"Nice hotel, well priced and great breakfast. Unfortunately there is an unpleasant lady at breakfast. She complaints about everything. You sit down in a booked table but on the table it is not written "Reserved". You sit down without our approval but nobody was at reception desk. You had to read that it is written " warten hier .." but it is written in German only. She says .. of course we are in Germany...sorry you are in the EU too. She complaints that I took a coffee ☕ cup from a restricted area ..there were no coffee cups near the coffee machine (on the table only). Customers can be unpleasant like me but they are customers, pay bill and your salary"
