"As a government reception hotel, it is quite standard. The VIP building is relatively new, the environment is relatively quiet, and the appearance and lobby are relatively grand and upscale. We have stayed here many times. The room is quite spacious, the facilities and decoration are relatively fashionable, the wireless network signal is strong, the wired network is also quite convenient, and it is equipped with a network cable, which is rare now; the room light source is relatively abundant and the functions are carefully divided. The desk has a desk lamp, which is very practical; there is only a single power socket at the head of the bed, which is not very convenient for mobile phone charging; if the pillow can be harder, it will feel more comfortable; the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, with a shower hose and a shower head, and the shower has a large amount of hot water, which feels refreshing; the washbasin is not set up with a hook due to the slope, which is easy to flood. The hotel can order food to be delivered to the room, which is delicious; the restaurant environment looks quite grand, and there are many varieties of Chinese and Western buffet breakfasts, which are rich and delicious. The parking lot in the courtyard is safe and convenient, and the parking space is also quite spacious. Of course, under the glamor, some details still have room for improvement. For example, in order to avoid arbitrarily simplifying the air-conditioning heating and cooling control function into wind control, which is a common problem of hotels in the three northern regions such as Northwest, North China and Northeast China ignoring the consumption experience needs of guests, we placed the order only after inspecting your hotel's room facilities including the relevant livable conditions marked with air conditioning, and did not want to encounter a crisis of trust. When we checked in, the temperature was as high as 31 degrees and the sun was scorching, but the air-conditioning was not turned on. The room was airtight and stuffy, and the window opening method was not appropriate and had little effect, which discounted the accommodation experience. In addition, I wanted to ask for two extra bottles of mineral water, but they said they needed to charge, which seemed too calculated (most of the hotels I stayed in while traveling around the country could give gifts or even put them at the elevator door for guests to use as needed); and I didn't understand the TV remote control at first, and asked the front desk for help at 6:30, but they said they would send someone to deal with it, and I haven't received any service response since then; these details seem inconsistent with the hotel's pursuit of win-win sharing, attentive service concept, and efforts to create a high-quality stay experience."
