The rooms were clean and tidy, and included toiletries. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of delicious items, and the fruit, especially, was very sweet!"

"A very nice stay here, my fourth or fifth actually. It was ruined by a very rude handling of my departure. I exceeded my late checkout by 1 hour and 15 minutes. I came to get my bags about an hour late and was checked out normally without any warning by the front desk. When I came down again to give the key I was charged 40 usd . Which is understandable, except that I have stayed in this hotel 4 or 5 times and believed I was a valued guest. I see clearly now that I am not. The answers of the front desk ( very helpful until then) were very curt and overbearing. Lecturing even. What a shame."

The sheets and bedding were spotless and extremely comfortable—even more comfortable than the blankets at many larger hotels. The location is in New Nasr City, which is very convenient for getting to the airport or taking a bus to Luxor and Hurghada."
