"Our one room apartment had been refurbished recently and was clean and comfortable. No aircon but we were supplied with two pedestal fans. As the climate of Norfolk is mild with low humidity the fans were more than satisfactory. The aloha apartment complex is situated in the middle of ‘town’ so we could walk to the shops and restaurants. Our plane left late afternoon but the Aloha has a departure room supplied with comfortable chairs, tv, games and coffee and tea making facilities . You could leave your luggage there safely and ‘go into town ‘ for lunch. I wou,d highly recommend them"

"We didn't stay here we visited for dinner, l had the duck, which was fine, my husband had the pork belly and along with others on our table either asked for a steak knife to cut it or didn't bother eating it, The service was friendly but slow"

"We were met by Tima who was gracious and welcoming. She showed us to our unit and explained anything we needed to know. We are a group of 4 friends who stayed in unit 10 which has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Plenty of room for our group. The kitchen was well equipped and we appreciated the breakfast provisions which included eggs bread butter jam juice milk. The unit was clean with comfortable beds and clean bedding and towels . Location is very good with shops and cafes restaurants a short walk away. As mentioned in other reviews the unit is in need of a refresh. The carpet needs to be replaced. Probably new towels as the ones we used , although clean were frayed at the edges. Door trims are in need of a coat of paint. We enjoyed our stay and are hoping to return to Norfolk in the future."

"The location was central to Burnt Pine and easy walking distance to shops. The atmosphere was friendly and welcoming. The room was large and with a scenic outlook. The area was quiet and I enjoyed being woken up by a rooster crowing. The service was friendly and accommodating. The meals were nutritious. I would be happy to stay at South Pacific Resort Hotel when I revisit Norfolk Island."

"Great location, close to everything, comfortable, spacious, great balcony and friendly hosts. Car hire available. Laundry on site. Never heard other guests. Tour companies collect from just out on the street. Walk to restaurants. Happily go back"

"Wonderful location. Easy access with car to all Norfolk Islands attractions. Great Atmosphere in colorful garden setting and scenic views. Rooms beautifully presented and well equipped. Definite value for tariff in our opinion. Spotless and shining inside and out. Peaceful and quiet. Very relaxing. Wonderful Hosts. Always available and prompt to assist. Good BBQ area. Plenty of lighting for access from car park to cottages. This was our 3rd, 2week stay at Jacaranda Park Holiday Cottages. The Cottages are maintained in such great condition both inside and outside and do not reflect their age as many other properties often do. You just have to look closely at the window and door frames to know that TLC is performed regularly. And upgrades are proceeding where required to maintain a high standard. 5/10 minutes to drive into town or down to Kingston and nowhere on the island would be more than 25 minutes away, so very convenient for access to the Islands Amenities. For us, one week was not enough. Highly recommend for a peaceful laid back holiday."

"Loved our stay at Daydreamer Apartments. Everything we needed was there. It was lovely and clean. A few minor things needed fixing like the clips on the fly screens. There was a lovely view out the back patio where we had our morning coffee. Not far to town if you felt like walking. We would stay there again."
