"Very good experience. Excellent location! Close to main attractions, excellent restaurants, supermarket, shops and pharmacies. All team was very helpful and polite, including reception, cleaning and restaurant staff. I got sick for 24 hours and they even called my room, knocked on the door, etc, worried to find out if I was needing any help. The room was big enough for two person with large suitcases, very clean and comfortable. The bathroom could be bigger, but it was good. I think the hotel does not have a pool, but I did not have time to use it anyway."

"The Hotel & lobby are very beautiful & the check-in was very smooth. The location of the hotel is excellent between ABC Ashrafieh & Spinneys & you can easily walk to any place you want. My lovely room had great amenities & a very comfortable bed, a silent & efficient AC, no outside noise from the street, & excellent shower with very hot water. I didn’t have breakfast because I had an early meeting, but the lovely staff compensated me with a delicious sandwich & fruits on the house. All the amazing staff at the hotel are very professional & have exceptional customer service skills; whereby, all the staff were always smiling & willing to do whatever it takes to make my stay truly memorable. Thank you so much for everything & I will surely be back."

"The stuff are very kind and helpful but the view of the room is terrible ( there is now view, just a wal Infront the balcony door). The floor ( carpet) was very dirty and make my socks/ feet black. The most worst is that i had no warm water at all. After they fixed the problem i had to open the water like for a 15 minutes before i get a little bit warm water. Unfortunately my experience was not good. With all respect to the stuff i could give this hotel 2 Stars maximum."

"Good value hotel with decent breakfast and reasonably priced food available in the evenings. Location is good for walking to plenty of decent bars and cheap restaurants, as well as local shops. Traffic in the area can get very bad so taxi journeys can take a while.  Staff were all friendly. The fitness room has just about enough equipment to make it worthwhile. The rooftop pool is no more than a plunge pool, you certainly can’t swim in it, but I’m sure it’s nice in summer.  Be aware that some rooms have adjoining doors so you could be subject to some noise as a door does not keep much noise out.  A kettle is provided and a couple of teabags and coffee sachets, but these weren’t replaced when used. Similarly, drinking water is provided on arrival but not replenished. Decor is fine, bed was comfy and everything in the room worked, so overall very good value. "

"Spent a night in the hotel after a delicious dinner at the summer Edition Parilla restaurant on the roof of the hotel near the pool. Staff was friendly specially the concierge who speaks French very well and knows how to welcome the guest of the hotel. Room needs some renovation a bit old but for the price, it is fair. Bathroom are clean. And had a partial sea view. Avoid first or second floor rooms if you like calm. Location is also a good point and the view from the roof is manificiant. "
