"My stay at the Baoding Love City Hotel was excellent and deserves a high praise. The hotel's location is superb, right next to a commercial area, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and dining. The lobby is elegantly designed, the rooms are clean and tidy, the facilities are new and complete, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the soundproofing is excellent, and the hot water supply is reliable, making for a very comfortable stay. Special mention goes to Xiao Zhao at the front desk. Check-in was very efficient, and she was warm and patient, proactively introducing the hotel facilities and thoughtfully inquiring about my needs. She answered all my questions promptly and patiently, providing meticulous and attentive service that made me feel very welcome. Her thoughtful service made the entire trip much more pleasant. The hotel is impeccably clean, the rooms are spotless, and the facilities are complete. It's suitable for short trips or couples. Excellent value for money, I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Baoding. Highly recommended!"

"Overall, the hotel facilities were quite good, including high-quality hairdryers and lotions. Both the lobby and rooms met five-star standards. However, the gym and swimming pool were closed, which is a slight drawback compared to five-star standards. There was a lingering smell from the renovations in the rooms, which even air fresheners didn't help. Regarding breakfast, there was a severe shortage on the first day of the May Day holiday, with guests scrambling for food. This was likely the first time the hotel had handled peak tourist season, indicating a serious lack of management assessment. However, things improved quickly by the second day. The self-service ice cream machine was a highlight, and while the selection was varied, the taste and presentation needed improvement. The noodles at the noodle station were generally unappetizing and needed improvement. The instant coffee machine was also subpar. Finally, the service was slow to respond. The front desk phone went unanswered several days before booking, and I only managed to reach them through Ctrip. Check-in was also slow, indicating a need for improvement in staff training and management. Overall, the hotel's price is competitive compared to other hotels in the same category."

Parking was free for guests, and the parking lot was huge!"

The hotel has no management and requirements for this. No matter what kind of customers you live in, adults and children deserve to be woken up! The next day we asked to change rooms. At night, the light in the bathroom could not be turned off, and all physical buttons did not work. The hotel sent another "engineer" and said that the house was controlled by "Xiaodu". He had no way. The engineer gave a plan to turn off the power switches in the room we stayed in, so that we could sleep... I just want to ask, if we go to the toilet at night, do we all use flashlights and touch the wall to go? If you fall, bump or bump into something, will you be responsible? And the female deputy manager (who said she was there to solve the problem) had no ability to manage and handle emergencies. When she arrived at our room, she asked how could such a thing happen. It was as if we had deliberately damaged your circuit when we came in. I was really annoyed, right? The pillowcase was also very dirty. And then there was nothing else. It was already 10:30 pm. We quickly got together for one night and checked out in the morning... By the way, I complained to Ctrip that I only paid for one day's room rate for this hotel. The female deputy manager said that she would only reduce 200 yuan. Do I need this 200 yuan? For your service and facilities, I just need money. I only pay for one day's room rate. Is there any more!"

"I originally booked a small room, but to my surprise, they upgraded me for free to a super spacious suite with a three-part bathroom, a projector with a large screen, and a great sound system. The soundproofing in the hotel is excellent, though the carpet did look a bit old. The front desk lady was super nice; when I mentioned I couldn't sleep with a mirror on the ceiling, she immediately switched me to another room. The location is very close to both the museum and Wanda Plaza, and there's free parking and charging stations available. Breakfast was also good."
