"I booked a room with pictures based on the highest price, but when I checked in, they told me I had booked the cheapest option! I showed the booking and pictures to the hotel attendant, who said she had nothing to do with it. She said it was the difference in price that Ctrip took! She demanded I pay 1,000 euros to stay in the room I booked! This is utter rubbish! A complete scam! (The attendant was a black woman with a very rude attitude. I tried to video-record our conversation, and I told her I'd confront Ctrip, but she refused. It was late with my kids, so I didn't want to argue and just checked in.)"

"We are a trip.com Diamond and we are usually pretty happy about trip.com Be careful when booking this Pavillon. It is in a separate building with limited services. the Waldorf is listed as a 5 star hotel and charged you as a 5 star hotel. This Pavillon is listed as 4 star on other Online Travel Agent such as competitors of trip.com and trip.com didn't make this is obvious at the time of booking. We were given a room with a small window in the basement with the top of the windows looking at the ground. Highly recommend you not to book this Pavillon. For a 4 star hotel, this is way overpriced. We will not book this Pavillon wing again. Attached you may see the windows and room which are very different from what we saw at the time of booking. While we asked if we could change to room in the other building, there was empty room but you have to pay extra (Front office quoted Eur 130)."

"The location of this hotel is extraordinary! Only take 3 minutes walk to Palace of Versailles. Our Twin room is on the top floor pavilion with beautiful garden view. The hospitality is beyond expectations. However, the hotel doesn’t offer air conditioner, which could be a little pity during summer visit."

"It's very close to Versailles Palace, about a 5-minute walk. The hotel facilities and service are good, with underground parking and quite a few parking spaces. However, the parking lot entrance is very narrow; when a Volkswagen Touran entered, there were only two or three centimeters of space between the side mirrors and the door frame. I admire the skill of the drivers of those large vehicles parked inside. The first photo shows the reception area, and the second photo shows the east gate for entering and exiting."

"The very center of Versailles. The whole street is restaurants and cafes. The windows of my room looked out onto the courtyard, it was quiet. The room is cozy, a nice, large bathroom, a large bed. Unlimited hot water, its own boiler. A full, albeit small, kitchen. Enough to cook chicken soup or fry eggs for breakfast. There is a coffee machine. The capsules are not replenished. There are nuances: 1. There is no elevator in the building. 2. No closet. It will do for a short stay. 3. Registration, receipt and return of keys take place in the neighboring Angleterre Hotel (2 min walk) Of the minuses - No air conditioning. There is a small table fan, which did not cope in the heat. The hotel warns that there is no air conditioning in the apartments. But I got into the heat of +36, it was hard. Otherwise, a very nice place"
