A brand new establishment run by the brightest managers, the brothers Stratis and Kostas. They have built a fantastic place with an exceptionally friendly and welcoming team. "Very nice small boutique hotel. The lady that runs it is very helpful and enthusiastic. She gave us so much useful information upon arrival. The distance to the beach is so short, that if you forget something at the hotel you can easily go home and get it. We (family of 3) stayed 5 nights in July 2025 and payed a total of 620 € including breakfast. Nice rooms. Housekeeping is the only downside. They didn’t seem to use a vacuum cleaner but only a broom…. And that isn’t quite enough. This is primarily a beach hotel so some sand came in even though we both rinsed our feet and showered outside. The floor ended up being quite dirty. The breakfast area is very nice and they serve a great breakfast. The hotel even sell 6 packs of big water bottles for only 2,5€ which we found very nice and helpful. The hotel grounds are well kept and beautiful with plants. Siros is a wonderful island and the local beach is great! There are surprisingly great restaurants at the beach front. The owner helped us with recommendations. One small warning that has nothing to do with the hotel: The first bus to Ermoupolis at 10.00 is VERY crowded and Vari is one of the last stops on the route. People were standing up through the entire lenght of the bus. One morning 10 people were waiting for the buss. There were only room for 5 people. So 5 were left behind. We would recommend this hotel, this village and beach to everyone. We really had a great time."

"We stay in Josephaki every summer and every time we leave, we're more excited. The accommodation is clean, quiet and beautiful, almost on the sea, with a comfortable parking space and a nice environment as shown in the picture. The rooms are cared for a little, and the owners – Joseph and his wife – are excellent people, always kind and friendly. The beach of the Variety, in front of the accommodation, is thin, sandy and clean – ideal for families and relaxation. There is both an organized piece with bedsides and free for those who just want to lay their towel. In the distance of breath, there are many options for food, coffee and drink. They are one of the places that make you feel really resting and “filling batteries”. We suggest it unconditionally and look forward to the next time!"
