"I didn't receive a check-in email until I contacted Trip.com Customer Service (as of 1 hour before check-in). They didn't reply to my email inquiry from 4 days ago. The Wi-Fi keeps cutting out. You basically have to give up on soundproofing. There are separate rooms, so you have to be discreet to find your way in at first. It's nice that they provide water. It is reasonably clean. It is cool even without air conditioning, but you should be careful on days that are too hot or too cool."

"A Fantastic Stay in the Heart of Toronto! I recently stayed at Toronto Traveller Home with my family, and I can honestly say it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The location is absolutely perfect—it's only about a 2 km walk from the downtown station, making it incredibly convenient for anyone arriving by train or bus. Even better, many of Toronto's top attractions are also within walking distance, so we never had to worry about expensive taxis or complicated transit routes. We just stepped out and started exploring! The price was very reasonable, especially considering the central location and the quality of the stay. For a family on a budget, this place offers incredible value for money. The check-in process was refreshingly simple. The staff just asked to see our valid documents, and that was it—no lengthy paperwork or confusing procedures. When it came time to check out, it was just as easy. We simply dropped the key in the box and we were on our way. It doesn't get more straightforward than that! The room itself was spotlessly clean, which is something I really appreciate when travelling with family. The centralized AC kept the room perfectly cool and comfortable throughout our stay. There was also a desk in the room, which came in handy for planning our daily activities. What impressed me most was how peaceful and quiet the environment was. Despite being so close to the city center, there was absolutely no noise at all. We slept soundly every single night. Overall, Toronto Traveller Home exceeded our expectations in every way. Clean, affordable, well-located, and hassle-free. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Toronto, especially families. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip!"
