"We arrived late at night and were immediately assisted by a very kind and efficient staff. The bedroom was beautiful, well laid out and the bed's mattress. extremely comfortable. We had an issue of needing to leave later in the afternoon and they were extremely understanding about our emergency situation. We were a brief 6 minute ($5) cab ride away from the center of town."

"The location was good. Good luck on finding a parking space on the street. On arrival check in was good. We had issues with the TV Internet they claim Netflix but it never connected, the reciption could not help. As manager is the only one who can sort it. Manager was off duty. No tea or coffee making facilities in the family room. Asked reciption who advised coffees are chargeable from the same machine we used for breakfast which we shared with the staff coming on duty! The name is grand but the hotel is clearly no ' you can dress up a **** and claim it is a flower' no one at reciption on checkout. Breakfast was OK. Definitely won't be back"

"Atlas hotel is in the middle of the city center thus having an excelent location. It is very clean, modern and comes with all the facilities of a 4 star hotel. The staff were very pleasant, the breakfast was a bufet with a large variety of foods and drinks. The restaurant was also very good. The only downside of this hotel is that the windows in the rooms open in the lobby of the hotel not outside."

"I booked a 2 night stay at this hotel through what I later found out to be a 3rd party site. The company, guest reservations sent me a confirmation of the hotel booking but I never received any type of communication from the actual hotel despite repeated emails asking for their confirmation and also the code needed to enter the building where the hotel was located. I arrived at the hotel and once again emailed the hotel asking for the code needed to enter and once again it fell on deaf ears. They obviously have no clue what email is and or how to use it. I would never book a reservation with this place again as their customer service is non-existent."

"From the staff being very nice and welcoming, the variety and quality of the breakfast buffet, the size of the rooms, the comfortable beds it is difficult in mere words to convey the efforts made to pamper their hotel guests. “Mac” was helpful in recommending restaurants to try out in Timisoara. The Tresor Le Palais is the best hotel we’ve enjoyed in years. See the contrast of this 5 star versus the so called 4 star we reviewed in 2022 in Timisoara. Now I better understand the difference between heaven and hell."
