"We booked via a platform a room with King size beds and living room arrived on site there air conditioning does not work they do not have other King size beds We are offered another room with two Queen size beds Very small nothing to do with the other room the bathroom is all chipped it is missing what holds the toilet paper roll In short it is lamentable there is a Coquerel above the door which walks on the wall at a crazy speed towards the bathroom how to be happy 😡 I notified the reception no action was taken we are even told that there is no difference in price $ between the two rooms yet I have always paid more for a room with King size bed and living room How to do worse for this stay, we did not have lunch on site wondering in the kitchen were there cockroaches?"
