"Really happy with the stay of 9 days there with this good rates. Room is spacious for 2 and the bathroom is very comfortable with great toilet facilities. It is way better than the photos online. You can drink the tap water directly as it is from the underground natural creek of various healthy minerals even though they provide free bottled snow mountain water every day. Love the shuttle bus services provided from and to hotel on a quite frequent daily timetable easy for us to get to the ice sculpture festival at Odori, and JR station for transportation. Ice cream and coffee jelly ice cream dessert is another reason to visit. Their buffet breakfast is hearty yet delicate very delicious. Overall we have a great stay there and would recommend those travel to Sapporo."

"It was great. The service was amazing and I was able to store my luggage even after checkout. I opted to pay 1000 yen to check out at 12pm rather than 10am because it was rainy and I was tired. The public facilities are great and everything was clean. The bed area was a little narrow however, and the bed a little bit harder than in most hostels I’ve been to, but I appreciated the little lockable box they had to keep my expensive belongings safe while I was away from the room. The AC was functioning so it wasn’t too hot despite being 8 in the room. I’d stay here again, especially considering the price and location and facilities. They also give you a free drink ticket for their nearby associate bar (drinks were cheap regardless) and I was able to meet some nice like-minded travellers."

"Eventhough the hotel is not in Central but is within walkable distance. However, the hotel is just beside the Higashi Sapporo Station (Tozai Line) Exit 1, 3 stops from Odori Station. It is also very convenient to get to the New Chitose Airport (especially you have many baggage) by taking the subway to Shin Sapporo Station (about 5 stops away) and changed to the JR Line to the Airport (about 20 mins, if not mistaken). Aeon Supermarket is just beside the hotel . About 300-400m, away you have a shopping mall that housed Uniqlo, Gu (that my favourite), ABC Mart, DeCohome (under Nittori) plus others. You also have restaurants in the Mall and KOMEDA's Coffee Cafe is just opposite the Mall. In the hotel you have sauna room and laundry room. The room is very clean. The hotel is digitally manned but if you hit any problem, you can call for assistance and there will be staff coming out to assist you. Sapporo is a walkable city as every thing is within walking distance if you can walk. I was happy to stay in this hotel as I was very skeptical when I first booked this hotel. The rate is also very reasonably priced if you booked early."

"The hotel's location is excellent, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The meeting point for the day tour I booked was right here at the hotel, which saved me a lot of travel time and hassle. The room was a bit small; I could barely open my 24-inch suitcase, but it was well-equipped with everything I needed. My room type included complimentary breakfast, and the hotel's breakfast was delicious! My main requirements for a hotel are a convenient location, cleanliness, and safety. Overall, I was quite satisfied and would consider staying here again if I have the chance."

"This is an older five-star hotel, located in a park. The environment and views are quite good. Breakfast was okay, but staying for three nights, I really felt there wasn't much variety. The Japanese-style portions were very small, making it feel not worth it. There were more options for Western-style food. Water is provided in the room per person, and additional bottles cost 100 yen each. The service from this established brand was standard and professional, but it felt very distant. The airport shuttle bus only has two morning departures from Nakajima Park; at other times, there's no shuttle from near the hotel to the airport, which isn't very convenient. It's only about a subway stop's walk to Susukino, which is alright."

Thoughtful Room Design · Separate toilet and bathroom, allowing multiple family members to use simultaneously—ideal for families. · In-room mini-kitchen and washing machine provided, adding convenience for longer stays or family trips. 2. Dining & Leisure · Varied Breakfast: A rich selection that ensures a satisfying start to the day. · Onsen Facilities: The hotel offers hot spring services (not experienced this time). ⛄ Travel Experience · Thanks to the hotel's prime location, we easily visited Ōdori Park's Christmas tree and enjoyed playing in the snow. · The nearby underground shopping arcade made for a compact and fulfilling shopping and sightseeing itinerary. Overall, its good for us, and definitely will come back."

"Noise was the biggest issue. Although the hotel posted a notice about nearby construction, the soundproofing was simply terrible. Every flush of the toilet in the bathroom also made a very loud noise. The staff's English definitely needs improvement; it was difficult to communicate about anything. The female staff were all good, but the male staff were not. However, I chose this hotel for its location and excellent breakfast, and it certainly lived up to its reputation in that regard. The hotel's hot spring isn't open 24 hours, and it has many restrictions, so it's not worth paying extra for – it's simply not worth the money. Currently, the value for money is very low."

"The room was quite clean and tidy, though not very spacious. The location was convenient, within a ten-minute walk from Sapporo Station and Daimaru. There are also plenty of restaurants in the surrounding area. The breakfasts on both the first and twenty-second floors were noteworthy and worth trying separately. If you're heading to the airport in the morning, you can catch the airport bus right next to the hotel. Overall, it was a good stay."
