The locations strategically located near Sapporo station, which took us about 5 mins walk there. The only downside is they have no washer room. Overall we enjoyed our stay here"

"The hotel was very nice. We got the corner rooms (208-209) and they had nothing to complain about. Spacious than most standard rooms in Japan. Our room has sofa and a table. Separate toilet, washing basin zone, and the shower room has a bathtub and a shower head separately. (I don't like thw combination one so i purposely chose this type of room) The cleanliness was superb, you can put the card on the bed and the sticker at the door to sign them to help clean the room and change the bed sheet. The room is equipped with a mini fridge, hair dryer, robes, air humidifier, kettler, few glasses and mugs, air freshener spray, slippers, laundry bag (for laundry service). Staff were nice, breakfast buffet was great (no need to book in advance, can pay upfront) The closest stations are the Tozai Line (orange): Nishi juitchome and the Namboku, Toho, Tozai Line: Odori station."

"The location is fantastic, just some minutes walk from Sapporo station. From the hotel, it is easy to reach to other places such as Susukino on foot. The room and hotel are fantastic, clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. They even offer free snack bar with lots of soft drinks, coffee and cookies that you can use as much as you want during the day and night. Highly recommended and will definitely be back in the future!"

"Stayed here for one night on 2/6 in a deluxe king room with lounge access. The lobby is located on the 10th floor and the check-in process was quick and easy. The hotel's lift is connected directly to B1 where the station and shops are. The room on the 25th floor was spacious, very clean and had 2 sinks which was very convenient for us. The room had a nice view of the surroundings and the TV tower. Toiletries provided were very good and they even provided Epsom salt for soaking in the bathtub. The bed was firm to our liking but the pillows were too soft and flat. The lounge, was sadly, inadequate and one of the saddest, smallest hotel lounges I've been to. They provided one type of red and white wine each, a self service coffee machine, soft drinks and some juices. There were a canape, fries that have been left out for too long and fruits. The next morning, we wanted to have coffee and the milk pump that was connected in the machine to a milk carton was not working properly and there was no staff to be found. Still a great stay overall and we will stay here again for future trips."
SAPPORO HOTEL by GRANBELL
"The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from Sapporo Station. It's a slightly awkward distance — a bit too close for a taxi but not ideal when carrying luggage. It is also located in the opposite direction from popular attractions such as APIA and Odori Park. The room was generally clean & tidy, and the facilities were excellent, including the spa and rooftop observation area. I enjoyed the view from the higher floor. Housekeeping was also good. However, there seemed to be dust in the air, which caused frequent sneezing and a runny nose for one of my family members with allergies. One small suggestion would be to provide two complimentary bottles of water daily rather than replacing toothbrushes every day. The laundry facilities were also quite limited, with only three machines available, so waiting times could be long. A special mention goes to the FamilyMart G/F, which was very convenient. The staff there were also exceptionally helpful and thoughtful. Despite language barriers, they always made every effort to communicate and assist us with our requests. Overall, a comfortable stay with great facilities and excellent service."

Perfectly located just a 3-minute walk from Nakajima Koen Station, this hotel made exploring Sapporo a breeze. It’s close to Susukino’s vibrant dining scene and a short subway ride to Odori Park and the Sapporo TV Tower, yet the nearby Nakajima Park offered a serene escape for morning walks amidst stunning greenery. The hotel’s modern design and spotless cleanliness blew me away. My room was spacious, quiet, and equipped with everything I needed—comfy bedding, a Nespresso coffee machine, free WiFi, and a deep bathtub that was perfect for relaxing. The separate washing area in the bathroom was a thoughtful touch, and the room felt both functional and stylish. The staff were exceptional—warm, attentive, and fluent in English, making check-in and inquiries seamless. They even helped with local dining recommendations, which led to some unforgettable meals nearby. The hotel’s eco-friendly practices, like energy-efficient lighting and towel reuse options, also impressed me, adding to the feel-good vibe of the stay. From its prime location to its top-notch facilities and impeccable service, Hotel JAL City Sapporo Nakajima Park made my trip unforgettable. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!"
