"The hotel is near Daimaru, just a few minutes' walk to JR. The front desk wasn't overly friendly, but they answered all our questions. Our quad room had two bathrooms, which was a nice touch. The shower pressure was great, making for a very comfortable shower experience. The only downside was the noise from the nearby train tracks, and breakfast was just okay."

"A very comfortable stay. I was in a Single Rm on d 13th flr. Super quiet at the end of the hallway. Window facing another building wall, no view. Comfortable bed and PJ set. No daily housekeeping provided but they'd leave a bag of towel, new PJ set and stuffs hanging on your door in the morning. Early check-in would cost 1000¥ per hour till the official 3【pm check-in time. I opt to leave my luggage in their storage rm, after I checked in around 4:30p, my bags already in my rm. Professional and polite staffs in general. I took the airport bus, but on my day of arrival, bus companies not dropping off passengers infront of the hotel due to severe snowstorm 2 days prior. And they also not picking up infront of d hotel on the wkend and final day of d Sapporo Winter Festival. Nearest airport bus stop would be Odori Park or Grand Sapporo Hotel. It's about less than 10mins walk. If it's during winter with snow on d ground, the Grand Sapporo Hotel bus stop would actually be a better route. I took the Odori Park route and was a bit tedious. Hotel is attentive to amenities details eg: charging cables of different ports ( type-C, Apple, usb-A etc...) available in the rm; utensils available at each floor's elevator lobby, free tea/coffee and extra toiletries at Lobby. Coin laundry(cash only) is 300¥ for each load of washing ( laundry detergent will automatically add in) and 100¥ for 30mins dry. Coin exchange avail at Check-in desk. Great location to Odori Park just across the street and plenty of choices for food + shopping. Rm facing the park during Winter Festival might be noisy due to stage performances and safety announcements or whatnot from the megaphone. Loves the onsen; Female and male has each of their own sections. Closed for cleaning 10a-2p daily, but daily operation is 2p-2a. Delicious mini fruit popsicles/ ice cream available to onsen users. No mini-fridge nor microwave in the rm. Breakfast buffet cost 2300¥/pax with mostly cold dishes, hot food only a handful of choices - wished could be more though; but they do serve wine (red+ white). Will stay again."

The items were placed at hotel lobby. Japanese paid buffet breakfast provided at 2nd floor. Checkin and checkout is fast and simple. Hotel is located near the train station. "One of the most beautiful hotels I have stayed in Japan. Just be very very careful in pinning the map. We were brought miles away from Sapporo in the middle night and nowhere to seek help. We reached the hotel at dawn already, tired and weak, scared. It was a terrible experience but the hotel is good. We got no help from the staff. The view from the hotel is perfect. Everything is nearby the hotel."

"Wonderful hotel that was just refurbished in Feb 2026. Staff are responsive, helpful and polite. Amenities are top notch and the place was always incredibly clean. Rooms are massive by Japanese standards; decor and furnishings are well considered and we really appreciated that some lights were dimmable and there were ample electrical outlets scattered around the room. Location is exceptional with big malls and several conbinis all within a 10-min walk from the hotel, which is very conveniently located just 5 minutes from Sapporo station.
