"The hotel lacks effort in maintenance and cleaning considering the price they charge. When we first entered the room, the floor was stained, dust was covering some items & area and toilet door was dirty. The staff promptly changed our room after our feedback and allowed us to view the new room before the change. The new room was so much cleaner (they got us a bigger room as they no longer have similar rooms). You may want to manage your expectation if you are here for the onsen as the indoor bath uses fresh heated water and only the small outdoor bath uses onsen water (you can see this on a small notice in the onsen). The onsen is always crowded. There are limited carpark in the hotel so likely you will have to park in one of the nearby paid carpark. It is about 5-7 mins walk away which is still ok and may be cheaper than hotel parking (around 2000 Yen) after certain timing. Overall, staff are helpful but hotel facilities have great room for improvement."

"The hotel's location is pretty average; it's a bit of a walk to all the attractions. Luckily, we chose to drive, but we ended up paying over 3000 yen for parking over two days, which stings a bit since other Japanese hotels usually offer free parking. Plus, the hotel facilities are generally old, and the room lighting is super dim. If that bothers you, I'd recommend looking elsewhere. On the bright side, the front desk service was quite friendly and always smiling, which was a definite plus."

"What a complete misstep to launch a hotel like this! It's a huge gathering spot for tour groups, mostly from Taiwan! And the front desk even displays the TW flag! This is clearly problematic! The platform shouldn't be partnering with hotels like this! The service was terrible! The room was old and run-down! The breakfast looked abundant but had no quality whatsoever; just look at the tableware! And it was especially expensive! Seriously, there's no understanding without comparison! It's far worse than bspk! A prime example of overpriced and poor quality! The small-eyed guy at the front desk had particularly awful service!"

"Overall, the room was a good size however, it was so smelly. Smelt very bad abit like sewage ? Had to flush the toilet a few times to get rid of the smell. And the windows would leak cold air so it gets quite cold. Overall the negatives outweigh the positive. Will not stay here again due to the smell which was quite bad."

"The location was good, the environment was clean, and the facilities were new. However, the bathtub in my room leaked to the floor. The hotel room was spacious enough to easily open two large suitcases. The cream onion and bacon soup for breakfast was delicious. Baking French bread in the small oven in the room before eating made for a perfect breakfast."
