"Ideal location to where I needed to be. The staff from Reception to the Restaurant have been absolutely lovely. The hotel looks and feels super new (and I've received confirmation it has been recently refurbished). The double room has plenty of room, 2 chairs with a small coffee table, 2 bedside tables (consisting of 3 drawers) a dresser (with 6 drawers, a chair and plenty of room for your personal belongings even after the kettle/cups and condiments are sitting on top of the dresser). The bathroom is basic whilst super clean without wear and tear (although do wish they had a holder for your own toiletries in the shower cubicle as it only contains a 2 in 1 shampoo/bodywash, no room or shelf for anything else."

"Stayed for 2 nights as a solo traveller. Staff on reception were very polite and helpful, rooms were clean and well equipped (better than I expected). Location was great being about 20mins from the Trafford Centre and about 25 mins from a train station. Breakfast was lovely with a good selection of hot and cold food. "i booked this hotel in a hurry before i read the review , thank goodness i did so, after i pay i read the review, the reviews made me want to cancel but i didnt found one with same price or location, so i went but my room was clean has a running hot water, the stuff was friendly , the car park was big and free i cann't understand why there was so many bad review, it is the cheapest hotel i found in its area and it worth evey penny , the bed was very comfortable , kettle, tea and coffee bags, i didnt check the central heating as i didn't need it, the weather was nice, i stay at the first floor i am not sure about the lift the, located in nice quiet area, no noise, the commen area big and well furntuer"
