Even after the manager intervened, they denied it. 😱😱😱😱😱😱😱 There are absolutely no security cameras inside or outside the hotel; it feels completely unsafe. Stealing so much cosmetics and still daring to deny it? These staff members have such poor character. 👿👿👿👿🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 The hotel doesn't offer breakfast, and I doubt there are any supermarkets nearby. If you don't have a car, staying here is extremely inconvenient. I strongly advise against going here again; it's too risky. 🧶"

So I hit the button and then it said for $63 and it went right onto my chime account and I couldn't get it off and then I contacted trip.com because that's who it was through not even through vio.com and they refuse to pay me my money back. Did rip off they're shady cuz it didn't even give an amount it just b******* and then it took him 72 hours to give me a no you can't have your money back.."
