Однак, вони не запропонували чайника для окропу, і їхня причина полягала в тому, що ми забронювали стандартний номер, і тому чайників не було. Якщо нам потрібна була гаряча вода, ми могли взяти її лише в барі, який закривався о 22:30, а це означало, що якщо ми повернемося до готелю пізніше 22:30, гарячої води не буде всю ніч. Тим, хто хоче вечеряти локшиною в стаканчику, краще зробити це до 22:30 :) Щодо розташування, то він був досить далеко від центру міста, поруч з готелем була автобусна зупинка, але автобус так і не приїхав… ми чекали щонайменше 30 хвилин, але все одно не бачили нашого автобуса. Швидший спосіб – їздити на скутерах. Якщо ви прямуєте до пірсу/аеропорту/вокзалу з великим багажем, краще попросіть персонал викликати вам таксі, яке коштує близько 15 євро від готелю до вокзалу Палермо-Чентрале."

We booked a triple room, and the double bed was very large. However, the air conditioner in the room seemed to be broken or something; it was always off no matter how many times I pressed the button, so it was very cold in the room at night. The bathroom was warmer than the room."

"Enchanting structure in the heart of Palermo. Everything super clean, you can smell clean from outside. I stayed in the smallest room (junior) with a jacuzzi outside and a balcony (shared but we were lucky enough to be alone) with a view, very romantic, and I was truly satisfied. The room is very beautiful and the pool is huge. We found everything we needed, plus a bottle of prosecco. The host was very welcoming and nice. I had some problems and she immediately made herself available, helping me in every way. She even made sure we had breakfast, asking personally. I will definitely return because we were treated really well and the structure is particularly worth it. If I can give just one piece of advice, but it's not a serious thing, it is to leave a little more tolerance for check out, because already at 10 sharp we noticed that they had started cleaning in front of our door and were waiting only for us, even half an hour more would have helped a lot but we still had fun and appreciated everything so much. It's worth it."
