"It was a short stay for a day, but it was wonderful. It felt even better than a five-star hotel in another city! The room was small, but the terrace, shower, hairdryer, and cleanliness were all very thoughtful. And, importantly, on-site parking was safe and convenient. The staff were friendly, and the location was great for walking. It was a truly great value. Thank you."

"Very nice, very organized, very clean hostel in the city center only 3 minutes walk from the Balcon de Europa. The hotel has about 10 total rooms, between private and bedrooms, has 2 different entrances, offers a beautiful terrace where you will find a pleasant kitchen from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. (the terrace closes at 11 a.m.). I stayed 8 nights in a 6-bed bedroom and I found very good, box with personal key, bathroom with shower inside other 3 on the floor (one complete, one bathroom and one shower). We are very good and we will make available the manager who also puts to you parasols to take to the beach. I would be very happy to return. Because almost all rooms are on the first or second floor, I only advise those who have trouble to take the stairs. As a suggestion, I could say that delivering the keys of the bedrooms would increase the sense of safety, however, quite high."

"Was looking for a local place with parking - originally wanted one night but so good (room, breakfast, roof terrace with 2 jacuzis / seating, onsite underground parking - for extra) booked an additional night.  The room has ambient lighting and roomy shower block within the room.  Everything eco friendly and well laid out.    Highly recommend."

"First of all, it has the potential to be a great hotel, location is ideal and the hotel room was big with a large terrace balcony. However, there were plenty of issues that customers need to be made aware of. Firstly, the A/C unit was leaking and left our balcony flooded and a bucket was left that we had to empty ourselves throughout our stay. There was no towel or bedding replacements during our stay. Bins weren’t emptied and we did not know where we could take our rubbish. The rooftop pool is supposed to be a non smoking area, but cigarette butts and ash completely covered the floor under the loungers meaning footwear had to be worn at all times. The pool ladders had also come loose which caused my pregnant wife to fall into the water when she lost her footing when the ladder moved from underneath her. Hairs on the bedding upon arrival and lights not working. The condition of the balcony was sub par with the turf peeling up where it had been flooded causing a tripping hazard and tiles along the balcony were smashed. No parking for the hotel and the carpark across the road is manned throughout peak times and was very difficult to park (not the hotels fault but something to keep in mind) Lastly but the biggest deal breaker in my opinion. The kitchen knife provided had actually separated from its handle and caused me to cut my hand while trying to prepare our dinner on our first night, not a great way to start a holiday. All in all, the hotel need a serious look at to review whether the product served is the product advertised as there was a lot of issues that could have been addressed before our arrival when we were made aware of our room being ready."

"This accommodation is a converted ordinary building located in a busy alley, making it somewhat ambiguous to call it a hotel. There is a desk at the entrance, and only one staff member is present. Although the location is in the middle of a busy district and is noisy, it is convenient, and the facilities are clean and tidy. However, the Deluxe Double Room on the second floor with a balcony faces directly across from the balcony of the building opposite, so there is no privacy. If you open the curtains, you can see the room of the apartment across the street, so you cannot open the curtains. Nevertheless, it is a clean, newly built, small hotel."

"We were a mother and daughter (16) from Norway and had a wonderful stay. The location was excellent, the accommodation was clean and quiet, and the host was incredibly friendly and helpful. Beach towels and a sun umbrella were available to borrow."
