"The worst place I have ever slept in my life! The rooms are not well kept, horrible floors, old and tasteless furniture, questionable electrical systems, terrible bathroom. Terrible welcome Crumpled sheets and only one towel for 3 days. Spiders and cockroaches that enter the rooms because there are no mosquito nets If you go out and leave the air conditioning on they will come in your absence to turn it off No service A coffee machine on a table and if you want coffee you make it and pay for it The owner is absent but if he hears you make coffee he suddenly appears and asks you for some coins He stretches out on the roofs all at once and there is not enough space for everything The terrace is tarred and not tiled Terrible!"

"The view from the penthouse is simply magnificent, there are always clouds here, if you look from the neighboring beach, it’s not clear for what reason. There is no promenade, you can’t swim in the ocean because it’s shallow, there are rocks and seaweed, taxis are expensive, you have to take a car... Lobsters and fish are sold live closer to the golf club (the taxi driver knows where), we go to the beach every day since there are a lot of them here. The rum is not bad, but I don’t recommend taking the cheapest one. For Africa, everything is not so bad .. Overall a positive impression"

"It's by the sea but you can't see the sea. The materials used in the room construction are very poor, the switches are all broken, the toilet door was made bigger during the renovation, the door is bigger than the frame and can't be closed, the dry and wet separation design is very bad, and there is no absorbent floor mat. Although the price is not too expensive in Mauritius, I will never book this hotel again if I come again🤣"

Their generosity went far beyond typical hospitality — they took us on excursions, hosted a beach barbecue for us and other guests, these special experiences organised during our particular stay, and anticipated our every need before we even had to ask. Behind the scenes, the housekeeping team deserves a special mention too: every single day our room was cleaned to perfection, with fresh towels and little thoughtful touches waiting for us, all done so seamlessly we barely noticed the work that went into it. It's this quiet, consistent care that made the villa feel truly like home. Dining: A Highlight We'll Never Forget We ate at the villa's restaurant every single night, and honestly, we never wanted to eat anywhere else. Executive Chef Hondo and his team spoiled us with a different culinary journey each day — Mauritian classics, Indian, Chinese, Italian, and beautiful seafood platters — with such attentive care for our dietary needs that we felt truly looked after, not just fed.
