"Super location but no hotel parking and parking nearby is really expensive. Hotel is fresh and modern throughout with an excellent bar service and a nice restaurant. Breakfast is a bit of a disappointment with poor quality machine coffee and a selection of food that’s not worthy of the €15 per person rate - there are much better and more cost effective options nearby the hotel, especially for coffee. The rooms are a little cooler than may be liked by some guests but reception can warm them if necessary. Overall a lovely hotel, well located and just short of perfect!"

"Absolutely stunning rooms and true five star experience. The bed was amazing and the housekeeping would refill all amenities that we used which was very considerate. The breakfast buffet was exceptional and we loved how generous and diverse the options were. The beach club is a short buggy ride away and also had a great infinity pool there. My only suggestion is to create a real cocktail menu and not the paper print out that was given to us on both days, but everything else was wonderful! The staff are so kind and friendly especially the blonde young man who helped us with our bags and drove us by buggy to the beach club."

"Terrible: Was way too expensive for what it was! All of the doors and draws of the cupboard were broken, it did not really look like the photos at all. There were mod in the shower, you can even watch the tv because the half of the tv was covered by tall dresser; we can’t even walk in the room, the air conditioning is not working properly. Really was not worth the $290 I spent there, I have to booked another hotel to stay that is really new, pretty, cleaned and much nicer for a lot less. Its really sad to have this type of hotel with this terrible conditions and service in this amazing area."

"This hotel is perfect if you want a cheap place to stay in the centre of Marbella. It’s cheap and cheerful, but don’t stay here if you’re looking for 5 star luxury. The room was clean and comfortable and I wasn’t kept awake with noise during the night. The shower worked fine with plenty of hot water. There was a fan in the room which was great. The bed was comfortable and in general all was good. I think the bad reviews are from people who are never happy."
