"The rooms are quite spacious and new. Location is convenient, close to metro and shopping mall. However, there are two issues: 1) electric car charging station does not work for tourists. Need to use home plug which rental cars normally do not provide. If we know this earlier, we may have chosen other hotels; 2) housekeeping staff entered our room despite the privacy signs hang at the door, which is unacceptable."

"Very nice hotel in the heart of Madrid. Super well located, you can even see "sol" from the terrace. Rooms are big and spacious, however, be aware that location implies noise, you are in Downton so you might hear ambulance sirens and so on.... You will have ear plugs in case you need them. I would like to highlight that the staff was extremely kind and efficient."

"This guesthouse has no air conditioning. I stayed in a room with an independent bathroom and a courtyard view. The air quality was poor. In summer, at 38 degrees Celsius without air conditioning, it was really awful. There was only an electric fan. The sound insulation was very poor. At 11 p.m., I called the concierge but they were not online. Overall, the experience was very bad. The reservation information and the AI customer service both indicated the presence of air conditioning, but in reality, there was none. If you can't stand the heat, then definitely don't choose this one."
