"Lovely hotel , takes around 45 mins to get into the centre of the city, great breakfast ( coffee not so great ) very modern in both rooms and and public areas. Only downside is they wanted to charge €60 for a late checkout"

"Highly recommended! The Senator Barajas Hotel location is ideal—close to the airport, which was a huge plus for me, and with a nearby metro station, getting to the center of Madrid was quick and hassle-free. The rooms are very clean and the beds are extremely comfortable. A big plus is the swimming pool available to guests, which is fantastic for relaxing and cooling off on hot days. Special mention goes to the delicious, varied breakfast made with fresh ingredients. I definitely recommend this place!"

"Very pleasant staff Luggage storage Restaurant in the hotel and surrounding area ok 10 minutes walk from 2 metro lines including access to Sol in 25 minutes Simple airport access Qualitative and varied breakfast However, the swimming pool area is not user-friendly (large clean pool framed by a railing with outdoor lawn areas without charm or deckchair) No flexibility on arrival and departure times"

"This hotel is absolutely terrible. There are four doors with three different keys, and I tried the same key countless times, but it wouldn't open a single door. I couldn't get back to my room – it's outrageous! I contacted the landlord several times, but they never showed up. As a result, my child wasn't feeling well and couldn't go back to their room either, forced to wait in the lobby for other guests to help them open the door. They didn't even provide the most basic service. If I could give it zero stars, I wouldn't even give it half a star! Terrible review!!!"

"They communicate well to get you to the location. I was escorted to the key drop-off because I was going out for dinner and they wanted to charge me an extra 25 euros. They check in the morning if anyone stayed overnight. Good luck if you can move around the bathroom because it's extremely small. It was freezing cold and smelled dusty. I really don't recommend it."
