Just before checking out, I was carrying my suitcase and met two waiters walking over. The threshold was so high, and they didn't even ask if they needed help. They just looked at me and left. The toilet paper in the bathroom was not replaced by the previous guest. It was really unhygienic and a bit disgusting. The overall service level of the waiters still needs to be improved. I really didn't get the service I should have here. I really don't recommend it."
