I booked it because it's a Chinese-owned hotel, run by a Sichuanese owner, and the chef is also from Sichuan—the Sichuan cuisine was delicious! The room was also clean and hygienic; although not very big, it was very comfortable and clean—hygiene is the most important thing—and the bedding was comfortable too! Very satisfied!"

"The front desk personnel are very inefficient and rude. My organisation had booked for me a full week and because of a mistake with their registration for the name of occupancy they refused me access at 5am. My office called to fix and still they where complicated about the office using a corporate card remotely and not a card in my name. At check-out, the same rudeness and inefficient process; my office had already done the full payment and it was complicated for them to finalise the bill for a restaurant although they had put a 2500USD reserve on my personal card. The rest of the staff is incredible. By the way the hotel smelled like old mildew."
