"Staff Behaviour was good. I got an underground parking space, so I am happy about it. No disturbances. Location is slightly difficult to find but one who knows how to follow google can get it. The only cons for me is that the room was not spacious enough when compared to the price paid. The price could have been a bit low. Other than that I am happy with my stay. 🤗"

"It is not 3 star hotel ! Room was clean. However bed sheet and pillow cover was torn. There is no bed side table, no cupboard, no sufficient charging points. Hot water is only upto 8 am or so ! Though overall stay was ok, considering the facilities, price is too high and wondering how it is certified as 3 star hotel!"

"Don't ever book this hotel. This is far from mutt and is in a remote a location. The management is also not good. Very cheap quality of service. Even the receptionist and owner (lady are very rude. They charged much more than regular room rent. Even the room is not having tv but it was mentioned as room is having tv, ac etc. Bathrooms were not cleaned not bed sheets were cleaned. Very dirty hotel"

"That's not a hotel by any definition. I am terribly disappointed. It was so bad that we couldn't stay there for even an hour, we searched for another hotel in that locality and checked out from r recidency as soon as we found another hotel. This means the money we spent for r recidency is totally wasted. Coming to the property condition, following is the state : 1. No power backup and power cut is a regular thing there 2. They gave us 2 rooms which had no windows 3. There was no water coming from the taps, it took around 40 mins for them to provide water after we complained 4. The bathroom had 1 light bulb but it was not working. 5. There was no drainage for water in the bathrooms. 7. That place was full of mosquitoes 8. The bedsheets and pillow covers were not cleaned from ages 9. The property has not been painted in a long time and ants are everywhere in the rooms 10. They had joined 2 single beds to make double bed in one of the rooms. And the problem was there were iron nails standing out of the joint part of the bed. But they didn't even provide a good mattress covering those nails. Meaning to say if someone sleeps on that bed he will be seriously injured. That place is very hot and humid; imagine staying in such a place inside a room with no windows and full of mosquitoes when there is no electricity. And sleeping on a bed of iron nails. I think i made myself clear on why i rated it 1. It doesn't even deserve 1, but there is no option to rate in negatives."
